Went to Dinner with my fiancé & son Ordered angry orchards (bottles) waited 15 mins for our drinks after our order. Our food was decent but then I ordered 3rd angry orchard which took 10 mins I didn’t want anymore then they try to charge me for it. Bad service Bad experience, bad overall I always go to apple bees but never this location FIRST TIME NEVER AGAIN

Got here in a Tuesday.. 8:51pm precisely. We waited to be seated for a while and my husband coached the host on etiquette of greeting guest. We sat and noticed girls with no food and they had been here for 30 minutes. (They actually walked out without paying after their food finally arrived. I ordered a $6 lucky drink and ended up getting the girls’ drinks instead. Here we are at 9:54 nd I had to ask for to go boxes because they had taken so long with the order. Every refill we had to get basically ourselves from the bar. Our waitress did no rounds. Terrible service!!!

What happened to Applebees! It certainly is not what is used to be! The quality of food and service was terrible. I had the steak which had a foul flavor and the server told us that he had another customer complain about the same thing a few days earlier! Why are they still serving it! The manager never came over to address my concern! Our server felt bad but definitely needs more training as he seemed a little overwhelmed.My husband didn’t get what he ordered and my son’s chicken Alfredo was watery🥴 extremely disappointing for a restaurant that has been around for 30 plus years! Don’t Waste your money! Will not meet even your lowest expectation!

My burger was terrible. No taste n dry overcooked un-seasoned meat and no condiments on it. My nachos were good. Express drive up pick up is far from express. Over 10 min past pick up time.

For a Friday dinner time it was pretty busy with customers. There was a large family that came and left without being served.
Severely understaffed
No management in dining area. Must’ve been on vacation since multiple things seemed to not have any attention for a long time.
Probably better off closing and turning it into another Asian restaurant.
Spent a total of two hours on this visit. I’m done with this location for dinner hour dine in.
