Disappointed. Stopped in to grab some food after work. There was no one in front of me and maybe one or two cars in the drive thru. Stopped by the counter for about 5 minutes and was not acknowledged once by a worker. No one even looked towards the counter. Highly disappointed in the lack of service

it was very quiet and calming, the music was very good and not too loud. the bathrooms are quite nice too. Very nice service. The cheddar mac and cheese is bomb!
Always able to get in and out of their drive thru with no issues. Never had an order come out wrong, never had to spend more than 10 minutes total in the drive thru.

The Store managers think they should park in the first spot in the parking lot ! That was day shift and when she left the other went out and moved her car into that spot . I as a customer feel should be able to use that spot for paying customers ! Other than that all was good at that store !

Stopped in for a simple order of a chicken sandwich, mozz sticks, and single roast beef.. I hit the lottery, and I was the only one in line for the drive-thru. I asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise.. got home and there was extra extra mayonnaise.. I feel like someone was pissed off because of a special order.. my order was really expensive, so I'm very disappointed..

So this place is whack. They don't even have their dining room open because of covid STILL ?. Arby's shouldn't be allowed to operate like this because this specific location brings other Arby's down, it makes them look and feel second rate. If you are that short staffed that you can't open the lobby then you might need to get new management because it's been that way for too long. Their parking lot is only full from the methadone clinic behind the restaurant that all the clients park in because besides the few people they have to run the drive thru, there is no one parking in the lot due to the dining room being perpetually closed.
For the place bring a drive thru only, the service should be way faster and streamlined but it is no different than ordering at a packed Arby's on a Saturday evening, so idk. I WOULD recommend Arby's food still- it's good! But I would not recommend this particular location .
