I do not recommend this hotel. I am a business traveler with diamond status and have never had such a bad experience with staff! I checked in online & then came to the hotel at 6:05 pm to find the digital key not working. I went back to the desk to get a regular key and the woman working was horribly rude to me & yelled on her way outside “what the f is wrong with people today”. It’s innapropiate. I am checking out a day early and booking at a double tree near by. In addition, the rooms smell like animal and weed as well as the hallways (atleast on floor 4) I would choose a different option & I will not be back here.

We have traveled extensively throughout the United States and Caribbean. In fact, we are three states away from being in all fifty. This hotel is one of the best planned and run that we have ever stayed in! The check in agent was busy on a work related call but managed to check us in so we didn’t have to wait. The room was spotless and smelled very clean. The bed was oriented facing the window which I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. Rather enjoyed that. Very comfortable pillows, two seemed to be feather. An honest to goodness nightlight was provided in the bathroom instead of nothing or a green glowing panel. The floor to ceiling sliding glass door in the shower insured no fighting with a curtain to keep water off the floor. Nicely arranged bathmat to look like a butterfly. Speaking of the shower, how nice the have the water control on the opposite wall from the shower head so you don’t get sprayed with cold water. A nice big shower also. PLENTY of outlets and USB fast charging ports in the room also, much appreciated! Well appointed gym. The breakfast room in the morning was well designed with tvs on several walls so no matter which way you faced, made for easy viewing. The breakfast among other things consisted of scrambled eggs, hash browns and nice crisp bacon. Muffins, waffles, breads etc made for a breakfast to please anyone. All well serviced and maintained by staff. USA Today was provided both downstairs and by the elevator on the floors. Ample parking and walking distance from a Walgreens and restaurants. Right across the the State Fairgrounds also. All in all, congratulations to the management and a place we will definitely stay at again should we find ourselves in Milwaukee!

There was an unsupervised youth party above us with stomping, banging, moving of furniture, and running all night long. We called the front desk 3 times, and went down once. It was finally quiet at 4:00Am, but we had already lost the nights sleep, and didn't have a very good day the next day due to exhaustion and stress. Also wanted fruit for breakfast, but the bananas and apples were brown, mushy, and rotten. Worst stay at a hotel ever.

We have stayed at this Hampton numerous times and have always enjoyed it. Just prior to this visit we had experienced gale force winds on the Lake Express ferry. We were tired by the time we arrived. Pavo is always friendly and charming. This evening we headed to Bar West. In addition to the always friendly Marlene, we met a wonderful young man named Micah W. He has excellent rapport with the customers and took the time to really have a great conversation with us. What an Outstanding employee and human being. Micah, I sure hope you are working on our next visit ?

We recently needed a hotel close to American Family Field, as we were attending a Milwaukee Brewer game. We could not have found a better hotel for location, price, comfort, and friendliness. Our room was spotlessly clean, nicely appointed and quiet. It made for a perfect rest after a fun evening at the ball park. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel offered their shuttle for our travel to the ball park, but we didn't need it as our friends provided transportation. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed to get us started on our next day's activities.

Stayed there for one week as my wife and I were leaving our daughter at college. On August 26th, showering getting ready to leave the hotel early in the morning, noticed some little weals on both my arms... later that same day, already in Montreal, I noticed many more all over my body... long story short: I ended up going to emergency at CHUM to make sure every was Ok due to my wife's insistence. That together with one of the Front Desk / Reception attitude of not even allowing me to talk when I was trying to communicate with him when I forgot my room key on my way back late at night; simply makes this hotel not appealing for any ocassion.

The stay was ok. The room was nice, big and clean. The bed was also comfortable. Free parking, wifi and breakfast. The breakfast was a little too simple. I expected more. The receptionist at check in wasn't pleased when I rejected the first room next to the restaurant. Anyway, overall ok.

Pros: This is a great hotel for visiting the Wisconsin State Fair. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the entrance. And meant we could maximise our visit, even taking the kids back for a post lunchtime swim to avoid the midday heat, before going back again for evening. The room was nice enough and there’s a small indoor pool that’s good for kids. Disappointing was that covid seems to mean that rooms are not cleaned daily and breakfast, while reasonably good food, is served on styrofoam plates, with plastic cutlery and paper coffee cups. The waste from this breakfast restaurant alone has a huge impact, and disappointing from a Hilton hotel that’s there’s not a covid friendly, less environmental impact alternative. Would have thought that hot water dishwashers would work.

Clean hotel located across the street from the State fair. Rooms were clean and check in was easy. We would ldefinatey stay again. The breakfast buffet was good as well. Parking is easy and the rooms are clean!

One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was the advertised free shuttle to and from Brewers games. Unfortunately, we were told the shuttle was not available to take us to the game on 6/22. It also was not available to pick us up after that game. The following afternoon, we were able to ride the shuttle TO the game, but we waited at the pickup spot after the game for 45 minutes and eventually took an Uber instead. So instead of being able to use the advertised free shuttle, we had to spend money on Uber three out of the four rides. This was disappointing, considering the rather high price of the hotel room.
