Sandwich and burgers had very good bacon , excellent custard traditional milwaukee style! Really affordable too. Booths were in bad shape tho. All the tables were dirty.

My long time burger joint and they have very good gyro and shakes. BUT, the multiple shut downs resulted with interruptions in food and service quality. I hope they speed up the learning curve for new folks.

Genuinely, one of the best burgers I've ever had and AMAZING SERVICE. Huge burger, onion rings, a drink and custard for $15?! Crazy. Sweetest workers I've ever encountered. The girl working the counter at 8PM on Nov. 3rd, brown hair in a bun wearing a visor, literally made my night with how kind she was. Those kids better be making $15-$20 an hour for how great they were or else they're getting robbed!! 10/10, thank you guys!!!

Big Deal has been here in WestAllis for awhile now but I hadn’t tried until just a few months ago. The staff there is incredibly hardworking & always pleasant with a smile, no matter how busy they are. The food is always fresh, hot, delicious with the least amount of wait they can offer. The line is usually crazy long from 6pm to 9pm and at lunch about 12pm to 2pm. The rest of the day seems to be not as busy. I would recommend the Philly Steak & Gyro. Both are a huge portion, so tasty & reasonably priced. The fries are excellent & the salads are fresh & not full of garbage lettuce. I used to stop at the Mc Donald’s right by it but it seems like a poor decision with this restaurant right there. I pay attention to the thank you & have a nice days. Whether the food is fresh, drive thru quick, & my order is accurate. I don’t knock a restaurant without taking all into consideration. If you want all of the above great food, hardworking & pleasant staff & food at a good price....I’d eat here...Thanks for excellent customer service, EVERY TIME....

I left that review four years ago and have been a loyal patron ever since. I stopped by about a month ago and they were closed. The website said temporary but the last time I was by it was still closed. We are truly disappointed we can't get our fix of those delicious fries....Hope to see you guys soon...Truly a great location!

Ordered online. Fast, friendly and tasty! Had their double cheeseburger with guac & jalapeños. Their fries are now one of my faves. It stayed crispy throughout the day!
