“I was first introduced to Layman Brewing on a quiet Sunday afternoon and have since made it my go to spot. If we are going to meet for dinner or brunch, chances are good I’m dragging you to Layman’s. I appreciate the skill and work these two put into brewing great beer and making yummy food. The fishfry with that tartar sauce is the best. Smash burgers for breakfast yes please! The bartenders are always crafting some delicious cocktails, and I mean crafting. If you’re still on the fence once Sarah comes around and entices you with her apple pie, you’ll be hooked! Go enjoy something delicious and soak up the friendly vibe for this little homegrown establishment.“

The room comfortably accommodated our group of 40-65 guests, and we truly appreciated the flexibility to bring our own snacks. Having access to the microphone and sound system was a great bonus. A special shout-out to Courtney and Josh, our bar service hospitality team—they were super friendly, approachable, and attentive, checking in throughout the event to ensure everything was just right. “The wait staff was very nice. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Even though the place was full, it wasn't loud. Great acoustics. Their burger was tasty, and we opted for salads over the fries that come with the dish. The salads were fresh and not just iceberg lettuce. One of us had the chicken wrap and he said it was great, and large enough for him to take half of it home.“

“We went with our Pub Pass! It took 1 and a half inning to get service at the bar during an away Brewers game on Saturday! The piller between bars obstructed the view of the bartender to see other sitting customers! But the staff should of advised the bartender.“

Elise was helpful in providing her recommendations for serving sizes based on our guest count and provided us with plenty of options based on her experiences! I would recommend MobCraft to anyone for their event because there are many options for where your event can be all within the brewery, plus overall its an amazing environment. We chose the Game Room, because we wanted our group to have its own space but we still wanted to be apart of the breweries atmosphere with the other customers. We also used the in-house catering MobCraft provided and it was delicious! Again, Elise was great to work with and it turned into such a fun night! Highly Recommend!!“

“Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. We had a reservation that was booked a couple days in advance and still had a 35 minute wait past our reservation time for our table. Server only checked back with us once throughout the meal. Food came at a good pace considering how busy they seemed.“
