“I was first introduced to Layman Brewing on a quiet Sunday afternoon and have since made it my go to spot. If we are going to meet for dinner or brunch, chances are good I’m dragging you to Layman’s. I appreciate the skill and work these two put into brewing great beer and making yummy food. The fishfry with that tartar sauce is the best. Smash burgers for breakfast yes please! The bartenders are always crafting some delicious cocktails, and I mean crafting. If you’re still on the fence once Sarah comes around and entices you with her apple pie, you’ll be hooked! Go enjoy something delicious and soak up the friendly vibe for this little homegrown establishment.“

“Huge Thanks to Indeed Brewing Company! My son recently rented a private room at Indeed Brewing for his wife’s 30th birthday, and it was the perfect space for our celebration! The room comfortably accommodated our group of 40-65 guests, and we truly appreciated the flexibility to bring our own snacks. Having access to the microphone and sound system was a great bonus. A special shout-out to Courtney and Josh, our bar service hospitality team—they were super friendly, approachable, and attentive, checking in throughout the event to ensure everything was just right. “The service was not good. After we were seated we waited 5-10 minutes before going back to the hostess stand and telling her we had not seen our waiter. He finally showed up but was slow and inattentive the whole time. The food was pretty good(though we had to ask for salt shaker) and there were lots of gf options if you're looking for that.“

“I truly enjoyed the Turkey Reuben with fries, and my wife had the delicious Chicken Littles on scratch-made biscuits accompanied by Loarded Potato Salad. We also enjoyed the generous Classic Cheese Curds - ummm ummm! The night we were there, they had a host leading free Bingo games with prizes! Really a fun atmosphere and great all-around experience!“

Sadly, it was just a bowl of dry, tasteless pasta with raw bell pepper chunks sprinkled on top. So disappointing. Everything else was good. The service was great. Def check it out but Id avoid the mac n cheese unless you like plain cooked noodles.“

“Stopped by on Saturday before the "A Christmas Story" showing at the Pabst Theater and had a FANTASTIC time! First time, definitely NOT the last time. Wish we could have stayed longer, or been there to see some live magic! Had several of the beers(Tell the Bees, Secret Handshake, & First Rabbit) and was extremely satisfied with all of them.“

“Nice spot for a drink or meal, either indoors or outdoors. Service is great, and they have one of the best beer selections in the area. Flights are 3 so choose wisely...or have two! 🍻 food portions were huge, we ordered two apps (pictured) and I ended up boxing my whole sandwich bc I was too full. Paid for a side salad upgrade and wish I hadn't. It was a bunch of huge leaves, which were not very crunchy and awkaward to put in my mouth. The balsamic dressing was meh. Otherwise the food was really good; appetizing and it paired well with the beers, but not spectacular/top tier. You could do way worse for pub food. But also....isn't 90% of dining in the southern mke suburbs just dofferent versions of pub food?!?!?! That being said, I give Explorium a solid 4.6/5. We are repeat customers.“

“We held our Wedding Welcome Party at MobCraft Beer the night before our big day. Elise was so fun, professional, and organized throughout the entire process. Elise was helpful in providing her recommendations for serving sizes based on our guest count and provided us with plenty of options based on her experiences! I would recommend MobCraft to anyone for their event because there are many options for where your event can be all within the brewery, plus overall its an amazing environment. We chose the Game Room, because we wanted our group to have its own space but we still wanted to be apart of the breweries atmosphere with the other customers. We also used the in-house catering MobCraft provided and it was delicious! Again, Elise was great to work with and it turned into such a fun night! Highly Recommend!!“

The staff was incredibly accommodating, and special shoutout to the team for going out of their way to get me some of their beer cheese soup—it was absolutely incredible. The service was tight yet not overwhelming. The jumbalaya was great. My wife loved her red cabbage, potatoes and schnitzel!“
