Not worth coming on a Tuesday. The service is terrible. I asked our server for our fried pickle, our only appetizer, but didn't get it until 30 minutes later. A table of four that came after us got their food before us. I even asked our waitress nicely if the appetizer was coming out before our main course. The second time I went to ask, the waitress just brushed me off, saying, 'Well, the other table didn't order an appetizer.' What kind of response is that?

Arrived 45 minutes before they closed and told us they couldn’t serve any alcohol because it was too close to closing time. More focused on cleaning and talking about getting out early than anything else. Wish I would’ve gone to a different location.

This place is a mess! I placed my order online and it estimated in 30 minutes it will be ready. I came later than the expected time and the employee told me they are busy and not sure when my order will be ready. I waited over an hour for my food and it wasn’t even complete. She gave me my food without my drinks. I had to walk around the restaurant to find someone to get my drinks. I felt like a homeless person walking around for help. People who are dining in are getting their food first even if they ordered after you. Why? Because they didn’t pay yet! The phone kept ringing and there was no one at the desk. An employee kept putting the calls on hold and walking back to the kitchen. This place lacks organization and structure by A LOT. I wouldn’t come to this location.

Customer service sucks. How do you forget the sauce on the wings? Isn't that kinda what you do? And then have an attitude with us when we call about it and hang up. Rude, unprofessional, and the food was 15 min later than expected on app and was nasty. Shame all the way around.
Is there even a manager that works here? It’s always the same. 1-2 servers/bartenders that are clearly overwhelmed with 3 tables that disappear for extended periods of time. No host or anyone to greet you so you are left standing in the front for quite a while.

Boneless Wings have gotten increasingly smaller. Some of them were barely the size of a quarter yet it counted towards the order. Took almost an hour to get the food, had to ask for drink refills, didn't get carrots or celery with order dry rub on the wings was just sprinkled on top and some didn't have any. Probably wouldn't eat here again.

The service here was extremely slow. My kids and I waited a long time just to be acknowledged after sitting down. Once we finally got a table, it took about 15 minutes before anyone brought drinks, and the food took even longer to arrive. When it did, the wings were overcooked—crispy and crunchy in a way that just wasn’t good. Overall, very disappointing experience
