Waited 50 minutes for a pickup order for a 6 piece boneless wings and side of fries. They were cold when I finally got them. Never coming back. How this place is still in business idk.

I have LOVED buffalo wild wings for years. When I get paid I always order from here and I will not be any longer. The last year maybe even longer the food is just not good at all. I always want to give it another try to see if maybe it'll be better and it is just a waste of money at this point. The wings are hardly ever covered fully in sauce, the fried pickles are not crispy what so ever, the soda tastes more like water than soda, the fries are either seasoned or not, the chicken is either good or you have to spit it out, and you might as well not dine in because they hardly check on you AND the food at most a 5/10. There's just no consistency and I am so disappointed but its just NOT what it use to be.

Just ordered takeout from this location. Order was completely wrong. What was right ended up being overcooked small bits of boneless wing crumbles with no meat, like they were from the bottom of the bag. Drowning in sauce. Carrots looked to be moldy (threw out) and celery smelled like they were sitting in old water (also threw out). Worst experience ever.

Company that manages this Buffalo Wild Wings should be fired starting with whomever at the top management of Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office!!!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, ONE OF THE WORST IN EVERY CATAGORY OF SERVICE. Not all of the staff to blame!!!!!!! Upper management! ! Shame on putting servers in these situations.

Heaven was our server and she was awesome. She had to make up for the other two servers, one who, when I asked her to remove some plates. Rolled her eyes at me and left the plates on the table for Heaven to pick up. Unacceptable! The other delivered out food to the wrong table twice and Heaven had to compensate and work harder. We were the 7/8/25 around 7pm.

This place and it's people should be ashamed of themselves. Laziest batch of employees I have ever seen, bathroom was so filthy and smelly, I can only imagine how bad that Kitchen is. Place was empty and it took 15 minutes just for this lazy girl to finally come around. 45 minutes later and still no food, but plenty of horsing around by these supposed workers. We just had enough and walked out. They ruined the one by Mayfair Mall with this same type of ridiculousness, good to see people who don't give a crud about nothing, well soon I would think this one will close as well. Complete garbage restaurant, some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Never again.
Very good burger and wings! Maybe 2 or 3 dollars more than eating at McDonald's. Wish there was one closer to my house.

As a restaurant manager, the service and the attitude of the staff was the worst I’ve ever seen. The host that sat us had the worst attitude, and was quite rude. The server was nice, she checked on us regularly and was friendly. My biggest complaint would be the added $10 tip to my card, when I left a decent tip in cash. As someone who’s been a server and is a manager, I always tip at least 20%, and I left a 25% cash tip. Highly suggest to anyone that comes to this location to not go, and if you do, pay attention to your bill and what you tip. This was shady, and not okay. This location has gone downhill so fast, and the most shadiest staff ever. Highly recommend not going to this location!

Do not go to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered take out at 7:15, said order would be ready at 7:40, didn’t get it until 8:30. Food was cold & my ranch cups were filled just a LITTLE at the bottom of each cup. Super disappointed.
