We made a mistake and went back. We went there on a BOGO Thursday about 5:00 pm. The area where we were seated had one other group. We were a group of two. We got our sodas and immediately ordered. Simple order: 20 boneless wings. Three different types. How hard can it be, right? Five minutes later another group (of 3) came in and placed their order about five minutes later. We then ordered an appetizer and received it almost immediately. We wait…

Twenty minutes… the waiter refills a drink. Ten minutes later he comes back and states that the order will be up soon. The other group gets their order.

Fifteen minutes later I find the waiter and state that if we don’t get our order within 5 minutes we’re leaving. As I’m saying this, I see the (small) order come out.

They didn’t bother to supply the Blue Cheese Dressing. The waiter drops off the napkins five minutes later and doesn’t stick around long enough for me to mention that we’re missing the Blue Cheese dressing. He did state that he wasn’t responsible for the kitchen.

I normally tip about 20%. So disgusted, I paid in cash… He got a .43 cent tip.

It was also very loud in there… obviously not controllable so that’s not reflected in my rating.

Virtually all reviews that I write are positive. We won’t be back.

Dallas was our server and truly made us enjoy buffalo wild wings more. lately the food has not been good but she made it worth it! maybe change the food or quality but Dallas must stay!

Wishing i could give ZERO stars! Me and my sister decided to have an All American burger last night and woke up vomiting everywhere. This is quite upsetting to know a big business like this is making people sick. Never again !!!!

The sever Tiffany stole 10 dollars from me I didn’t give a tip because the service sucked next thing you know it’s a 10 dollar tip out my account who would ever tip 10 dollars at bfw then I called & got hung up on by her & the manger was on her side I would never tip more than 4 dollars at any dine in place with prices these days

Ultimate Nachos.
This appetizer consisted of house made tortilla chips, hatch queso, cheddar jack cheese, hose made pico de gallo, pickled hot peppers, crema, cilantro, and salsa.
Protein options are chili and chicken for an additional charge.
I chose the chili option.
The toppings to chip ratio was balanced.
The portion size is almost enough for 1 adult.
The pricing was reasonable.
Overall, I enjoyed these nachos. The chili adds a nice touch of flavor to the appetizer.
I would order again.

Ordered off the site. Received the delivery and had several errors. The split bone in wings had some with NO sauce. And 8 of them were boneless. No dipping sauces. Food was cold upon arrival. And the portion size on the fried pickles has decreased but prices increased. We called and complained. Was told we would get a refund. This was around 11/17/24. Still waiting for refund. Horrible experience. Not the first time. Will never go back.

Gone way down hill.

No meat on wings.
Over worked staff. Too busy to do half way decent service.
Expensive.
Shoes stick to floor.
Dirty tables not cleaned up well after guests leave.

Bw3 may be OK, but avoid this one.

Me and my son went for a lunch date. The food was great!! However, the service we received was horrible!!!!! What’s worse, it wasn’t busy at all which is even more reason better service could’ve been provided!!! I’m very thankful for heaven, who did all she could to make our experience here much better. Good job heaven, keep it up!! This was our first time here!! We might try this location out again!!

Worst service and management Ive ever witnessed in a restaurant. Waited 35+ minutes for pickup order and during the time 4 to 5 altercations broke out between guests and the staff.

We used to come here so often and it was never like this. We walked in and the host acted like we were a bother. She was not friendly at all and mumbled when she spoke. She asked a question and I couldn't here her so I asked her to repeat what she said. She repeated herself in a very annoyed tone and then took us to a dirty table. Gave us no menus and didn't tell us there were QR codes to scan for menus just walked away. The little advertisement flyers at the table with the condiments had food all over them and the restaurant in general just looked gross. We decided against eating here and told the host we changed our mind and didn't even acknowledge what I said.
