I will never go there again they where rude and then we ate there where laughing in back and staring on the way out I feel sick thinking but what they might have done to the food I don't want to eat out anymore I'm scared for life
Went in here with my children waited for manager and 2 employees to take my order but no one did, they just said there and looked at me like I was supposed to take their order. Sick sad and stupid. Please do better and as a leader.

0 stars!!!! Im just trying to figure out why they say wait a moment and lobby is closed and nobody is ahead or behind me in line and they rudely make u wait an obscene amount of time. Then when u check and say hello they yell at you. This has happened to us 3 times in the last 3 weeks and at this point im just wondering what they are doing in the back? Their not even in the kitchen doing togo (ubereats/doordash) orders ...the staff is rude and has no sense of urgency!
This place will mess up your order more times than not and then will have the audacity to give you attitude when you politely make them aware of it, especially when you have someone else's food. One time they gave my food to someone else and asked if I'd still take it after another customer touched it. Wendy! Here I come girl! Should have never left you for these jokers! The only reason I gave this dump a 2 star rating is because it shares a parking lot with Planet Fitness. Motivated me to go to the gym more and eat burgers less.

I ordered a meal via the Burger King app, and when I got there the person behind the desk was chattering with someone in the kitchen knowing very well I was there (i.e. they had seen me). They then told me to wait a moment, they then took about 10 minutes to get out the food, as I was heading out I noticed they didn’t even give me my drink. I went back in and asked for my drink and the lady gave me attitude as if I had been rude or something (Which I was not). They need a serious change in staff at this location because this isn’t my first rodeo with bad customer service in this location. I advise to go to a different Burger King all together, one with a nicer and more enthusiastic staff because this is just laughably bad.

The cashier at the window was very rude. Was told there were a lot of orders filled in front of ours there were two cars in front of us. You shouldn't be open till 1:00 a.m. if you cannot find employees that want to work until 1:00 a.m.

My God the employees are very rude I asked for a Whopper it was cold I asked the personal employees why is the meat is very cold since he came out from the section where they make the sandwich and his respond the the very real response don't eat it
horrible service the times i have been there. also they close at 1am but if you show up after 10pm nobody is there.
This was one of my favorite restaurants I stayed at the Home2 Suites hotel by Hilton navigate to Burger King for my lunch or dinner fresh and clean their equipment continue to go there I didn't really eat at the restaurant I ate here at Burger King for a month every day and I'm going back cuz today I'm going back over in with Alice and I will be stopping at this Burger King have specials did a Duo for $5 and a trio for $7 budgeting and scraping and needing to save money and get good quality of food and get full it's a place to be okay
