Bloody mary is awful. For the 2nd time now. Wilted veggies, the grilled cheese that comes with it is the only good thing accompanying it. The female bartender is always crabby as if you are bothering her, It doesn't matter the time of day you are there. For a bar advertising their weekend special bloody Mary's, they sure make you feel like a burden when you order one. With so many other options in the city for a great bloody atmosphere, skip this place!

I run a cribbage tournament every Tuesday night starts at 7 in the basement. Dave let's use it for free for the drinks and food we purchase. Open to all 9 games of singles for $12.
Great food and drinks are reasonably priced. Been coming here for 40 years.

Went there for the custom bloody Marys and added a side of yummy wings to the tab. My fruend had a burger and tots. Cozy, homey, and fun times.

This place seems like a very local place. We were hoping for a perch fry that would match our old location that was so awesome but closed due to retirement. The potatoes pancakes, marble rye, coleslaw, tator tots, tarter and cod were awesome. The perch just didn’t make it. Bones and dark not very meaty. It was reasonable priced but we would be willing to pay 18-20 bucks for an upgrade in perch. Wegners did it I don’t know the secret to getting a better grade perch. Our search continues. The rest of the food was great and so was our waitress. My mom used to work here in the 70’s when it was a Hawaiian themed bar. I would help her clean on sundays and do bar prep. She would cocktail waitress at night. I remember it was so much bigger when I was 8.
