Was in town and stopped here on a recommendation. Has a Wisconsin supper club kind of feel with a bar. It’s a small place but the food was great. Had a wedge salad, steak and loaded potato, all very good and prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Bread pudding for dessert was awesome! All you have to do is go to the bar to get someone’s attention to get seated, I think others are overplaying their disappointment about taking a while to get seated. The hostess stand was by the bar, it’s only like a ten foot walk from the front door. Waitress was great. Impressed how good it was for an unassuming neighborhood spot.

This was our first time here. We like a more casual atmosphere, so the locals having a great time at the bar made us feel right at home. However it was very loud and the seats at the tables need replacing desparately. That is the only reason I gave them a 4. The food was excellent, fairly priced, served promply on a friday night, and my steak was perfectly medium rare. We had Laura as our server and she was timely and charming. We will go back soon.

First time here with my wife. It's local so we thought we'd try it. Steaks were cooked to perfection. I'm disappointed that they don't season there food. Fries will cook perfectly no salt or anything added. We had these spicy shrimp as an appetizer that was absolutely out of this world!!! We also had a bowl of French onion which also very good. Our staff was fantastic super friendly and attentive to everything. I definitely will be back. I honestly just don't think I'll try the steak again. Has a supper club feel to the place which makes it very cozy and kind of a homely feel to it.

Most of food was good, but I would not recommend asking for well done. My girlfriend and I asked for well done, and both of us received our steak and steak tips extremely well done to the point of being burnt and crispy. Guess not everyone knows how to cook meat well done without burning it. Live and learn. I did enjoy the rest of the meal though, and will likely return to try again.

Man, I have eaten here a couple times in the last month or so. Jason is an absolute gem of an employee and I love seeing his face when I arrive. The food is outstanding. I've enjoyed the specials, filet, desserts, apps, etc and it's always been stellar. This is my go to friday night spot when I have the option to come. I'll be back.

WOW! I can not recommend this place enough. On top of the food being phenomenal, the staff makes the experience 10x better. Everyone was incredibly friendly and fun to be around- they went the extra mile to enhance our experience. They also have SO many delicious martinis to choose from, and it was incredibly difficult to pick one to try. We took the restaurant’s shuttle to the Brewers game and will definitely be back!

I went for the first time on April 12th. I was very excited based on the reviews but I will tell you I was highly disappointed. I felt like I was going to just a regular corner restaurant for an ok meal at a ridiculously high price. It seemed to me that they're advertising as a high end steak place. Trust me it is not. The only thing that may make senses is if the chef had a off night. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this place. I am not complaining about the price because if the foods worth it, I'm willing to pay. The atmosphere was only so so. They seem to advertise as a high-end restaurant. It's truly just a corner bar with some tables. The best thing about my experience was the waitress, she was excellent.

It is your choice to do with it what you choose not to degrade someone's opinion. Not all reviews are going to be good. I was not going to talk to a manager on duty as I had my grandson with me and I was not going to get him involved. You don't like that I voiced my opinion on multiple platforms simply tells me that you don't want the truth getting out about my experience. You are handling this all wrong. I will post on any platform I choose to voice my opinion. Its an honest opinion. I went to the establishment based on the platforms on how you advertise it. I stand by my review.

The restaurant reached out to this person through Messenger, but because they blocked Being Still, there is no way to respond to them. And they took the comments off their facebook page and blocked Being Still.... nice.... Seems sneaky to not leave a honest review up for people to see the conversations, but to only have the good ones on your Facebook page. Instead of having to go look in the review section to find honest reviews.

They advertise as a high environment. It tuly is just a bar with some tables. I'm willing to pay good money for a good meal. This was not worth the money. And I'm not complaining about the price as I said, I'll pay for a good meal. To me it's false advertising.

We waited for ten minutes at the entrance of the restaurant. Not one person greeted us. We decided to leave and celebrate at another establishment that has the decency to say hello. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Steak tips and mashed potatoes were amazing and very flavorful. They do charge $5 for table bread, though, so that's something I'm not used to. It was pretty difficult to slice through even with the steak knife. I did like the herb butter served with it, though. Atmosphere is a standard bar setting with restaurant seating on one side. Nothing fancy. Our server, Ana, was very nice and attentive. Will definitely be back.
