Everything was really nice. Food was wonderful. I think they may need to add another bartender as it was very slow to get a drink.

This place is a hidden gem, great drinks, food is 5 stars, staff is friendly and helpful, the boss, Brian is superb! And they will pick you up and drop you off for any Brewer game. What more could you ask for? Try the spicy shrimp and the fillet for dinner. Paired with a nice glass of wine or a bourbon old fashioned (traditional, not Wisco style!) We will be back for another supper clubby Friday night!

Visited over a week and a half ago. So, forgive my belated response to review this restaurant. Been wanting to spread this since.
At first feel, the AC may have been on the fritz and I thought immediately, this was gonna be interesting.
To my surprise it turned out to be a very good meal. Our group of six shared a killer batch of cheese curds that seemed like the size of a cheese wheel! Delicious! Onion strings were also very tasty. I had the Chicken Marsala that was very good. Like it was grilled on a charcoal grill and then the creamy Marsala poured over it with mushrooms. I liked the sauce, but to someone else it might be too much. I ate every bite! So the food was very good, we all agreed.
However, since I had a tiny glimpse to the kitchen, this one guy caught my attention who was helping out with the bartender, helping our server, blazing in the kitchen helping with dishes, and at one time was even providing maintenance for the ladies room. That’s what caught my attention. Why were ladies holding the ladies room door open? And then, this same guy came flying out with almost a silent ovation from the ladies. This one guy was killin it, despite the warm conditions on that hot July 15th day inside the restaurant! I asked the waitress if maybe he was an owner. She said,”That’s our manager.”
I mentioned to her what I had seen and what great service we had and her reply was,”Everything goes well when you have a good manager.” I walked over to him to ask him a question and politely shook his hand. “You’re killing it,” I said to him. I bussed tables like that and did similar things he was doing when I worked at an Elks Club in Racine when I was 16. And I was always well taken care of by the cook and the ladies who served there on the weekends. I was just the bus boy, but did my coworkers take care of me back then in the early 80’s.
I digress…. I walked out very satisfied with my dinner and watching the teamwork that was going on there that day in a very warm place. If there was a bill in my pocket over 20 bucks after paying the bill, I wouldn’t think twice about it. They all deserve it. It was really motivating to see that gentlemen doing all that and then his staff reassuring me the dedication the team put in that day.

Drinks were good. Food was ok.
Somethings were better than others. Server was apparently new and it showed. If we lived in the area I'd try it again.

All the food we ordered was quite good. Including bread service with a tasty garlic butter, steak tips and mushrooms, salmon with a glaze and a side salad which was really tasty. There was only one waitress and all but one table was occupied she was amazing and positive. We felt SO bad for her she deserves a bonus for July 16 later evening.
Some not great things: the seating is ridiculously low I was uncomfortable eating. Also with the number of people and fans running it was pretty noisy. Really not great was when additional staff came to help the waitress ( which was so nice) but they brought out water glasses holding them with their fingers inside the glasses not appealing.

Henry Flach’s has never been a miss. I’ve been frequenting West Allis for work over the last several months and always try to grab a meal here. The cheese curds have raised my expectations for a cheese curd to unachievable heights, heights that make you regret even trying anyone else’s. The HF Burger is amazing and so is the ribeye.

1st time here. My steak was great and my husband had the shrimp / scallop pasta which was also great. Wonderful drinks ( martinis are fantastic). The entire staff was so friendly and makes you feel at home.we will definitely be back

Unexpected bathroom decor.
Disgusting cream spinach.
Wilted Caesar salad that had definitely been sitting in the dressing for too long.
Overpriced for the quality.
Your grandpa's favorite steak and potatoes place.
Our server was a very sweet and helpful young lady.

Me and my father are in town and decided to come here for dinner. The stakes in the steak tip and shrooms were absolutely amazing. The service from laura awesome. Every question we asked about the menu was very well informed by laura we are from being out of town maryland and florida. The cheese curds are absolutely amazing. I would buy them ten more times today. If we weren't already full from dinner.

Was in town and stopped here on a recommendation. Has a Wisconsin supper club kind of feel with a bar. It’s a small place but the food was great. Had a wedge salad, steak and loaded potato, all very good and prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Bread pudding for dessert was awesome! All you have to do is go to the bar to get someone’s attention to get seated, I think others are overplaying their disappointment about taking a while to get seated. The hostess stand was by the bar, it’s only like a ten foot walk from the front door. Waitress was great. Impressed how good it was for an unassuming neighborhood spot.

This was our first time here. We like a more casual atmosphere, so the locals having a great time at the bar made us feel right at home. However it was very loud and the seats at the tables need replacing desparately. That is the only reason I gave them a 4. The food was excellent, fairly priced, served promply on a friday night, and my steak was perfectly medium rare. We had Laura as our server and she was timely and charming. We will go back soon.

First time here with my wife. It's local so we thought we'd try it. Steaks were cooked to perfection. I'm disappointed that they don't season there food. Fries will cook perfectly no salt or anything added. We had these spicy shrimp as an appetizer that was absolutely out of this world!!! We also had a bowl of French onion which also very good. Our staff was fantastic super friendly and attentive to everything. I definitely will be back. I honestly just don't think I'll try the steak again. Has a supper club feel to the place which makes it very cozy and kind of a homely feel to it.
