We waited for 10 minutes. Their lights were on and their hours say they’re open… and no one was behind the counter to help us. This Caribou is located inside a festival so I thought it would be a quick stop since I figured they would be less busy. There was no line, but there was also no staff.

If I pay the full $6.59 I should get the cup full. :/ I didn’t even bother in asking them to fill it because they would just add milk. Unacceptable. Don’t recommend coming here! First and last time.

This place is awesome! They have a good seating area, nice & clean, and the barista who made our drinks made them so well. The barista was also clearly a very hard worker and doing a lot, and that shows in the way the store looks and feels. I work at a different Caribou in MN and am hard to impress but this one was amazing. Nice work! <3

Service was slow but over all it’s my favorite coffee and whenever I visit Wisconsin I do visit this location for sure!!! I love it completely.

Stopped in while shopping. Ordered a chai latte. The chai mix they use is not my favorite. The barisa did a good job, and was able to get me some extra foam and cinnamon. The seating area is spacious, but doesn't have that "authentic" coffee shop feel.

All of their food items contain dairy. No option to remove cheese from the sandwiches either. I’ll stick to McDonald’s because they are not very helpful or inclusive at this location.

MOST EXPENSIVE frozen drinks I've ever seen!!!! $7.90 for a large frozen cocoa?!!!!! I'll go anywhere else and a large is at most, $5.50. This is ridiculous. I was about to order a $5.99 breakfast sandwich also until I realized they're all frozen/prepackaged frozen. I can get a fresh sandwich cheaper than that at Chick-fil-A. I'm not sure how they survive with those prices. I'll never go back while shopping.

They keep this place very clean and even provide board games, condiments, and a microwave at numerous tables and booths by the store, many of which have USB and AC outlets. This is a great spot (although the temp gets cold) to do remote work at.

Been to this one a few times but I just left after Esperanza helped me today. She was the sweetest person ever!! Super friendly let me try samples of the new coffee grounds! Didn’t even know you could do that. She will keep me coming back more often! :)

We live in Ohio and all of our Caribou Coffee shops closed. So, when we head to Wisconsin we ALWAYS stop at Caribou and stock up on coffee beans! Best coffee hands down!!!!
