The young woman was very helpful in making sure my drink was made correctly and even tweaking it to make sure it wasn’t too sweet. The drink I had ordered the day before was made incorrectly , so she gave me a free drink coupon. She went above and beyond!!

I’ve been to other Caribou locations, but this was my first time at this one. Caribou is a recent addition to the growing number of coffee shops (both chains and independents). This location is drive-thru only with a walk-up window. It’s a cute teal-painted building with a few patio tables outside, but no indoor seating.
I received a friendly greeting from the staff at the window and ordered a Chai Latte. I asked for whole milk, but the only option was half-and-half. I also ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry Scone, which they offered to warm up on a plate.
It didn’t take long to get my order. Since it was a nice day, I sat outside — pleasant enough, aside from the occasional car coming through. The drink was just okay: a bit weak and really could have used more chai mix. The scone was too sweet, with a texture closer to a muffin than a true scone.
Worth a try, but not a spot I’d choose over independent coffee shops nearby.

Everytime I come to this drive thru, the staffs are friendly and has a smile. They listened carefully to the drink orders. The crafted coffees here are great. Its not weak coffee. It helps me get thru my day coz I have a good cup of coffee from Caribou.
Slightly better coffee than those other guys. The bacon and gouda egg puck was excellent.
