Back for another visit, we drive over an hour to get here and it's more than worth it. Tried a few new dishes this time, all are excellent and beautifully presented. At each visit we'll be ordering the anticuchos, they are fantastic.

My daughter suggested we go here because we were in the area. After eating there I intend to be in the area more often! The food was amazing. I love to watch food shows and try new cuisines so I was excited to try Peruvian food and I was not disappointed. Everything was so good. The restaurant was very unimpressive from the outside, but don't let that stop you. If you like Mexican food I believe you will enjoy this Peruvian food. If all food in Peru is this good, if I lived there I'd weigh 800 pounds. If you don't enjoy your trip to Chef Paz, I think we can't be friends.

I love this restaurant and have brought multiple people here over the years, but what was once an affordable treat is now out of range for this single mom. I spent $70 yesterday on two plates of chicken and rice, one empanada, one plate of fried yucca (no sauce), lemonade and ice tea. The rice and chicken is now over $18- weirdly $3 above chicken and fries. What really put it over the top is I was charged for every refill of ice tea- something that I have never been charged for. No one informed me if this as I asked for 4 refills! I was charged over $10 for a drink that cost Pennie’s to make. I was told very nicely it is on the menu- a menu that is only online! I get that prices have gone up and I guess I have to face that this is now no longer an option. But I am sad because we really love the food. Maybe we can save up and come for the buffet someday. Or plan to split a plate with my daughter. A sign of our times I guess.

My first time here was okay. The service was good, but not all the food was great. The rice was undercooked and the flavor was not what I was expecting based on the menu's description of "fusion flavor." Also, please remind the cooks that when the restaurant closes, it doesn't mean they can leave right away. Customers should come first.
