Food is very good. Service was quick and efficient. The restaurant is quite small but comfortable. I had never had Peruvian food and I will be back.

Had lunch with a friend today at Chef Paz. The food was was excellent and different from anything I've had in Milwaukee. Service was ok as was the atmosphere. I will definitely go back!

The food is very over rated. For this food to be by a known chef here in Milwaukee ot is an embarrassment to our Hispanic community for non Hispanic to think this food represents us. It does not! Waiter/waitress super rude well unless of you are there with a Caucasian person next to you. I have never had such a bad experience as I did here, and the food was no better. I ordered a ceviche and this is what I got. I will tey ti upload a picture of it. Don't recommend and will NEVER GO BACK. Oh and over priced for the low quality of food.

All dishes are good. I tried lomo salteado(beef with fries and white rice) i did arroz con pollo(chicken with cilantro rice) fried rice with chicken and egg. The fish ceviche its good while u like raw fish and they add sweet potato to it which i never thought i would like with lime juice but its good. I tried one empanada peruana and one columbiana y liked the peruana better. I would be returning here. Prices used to be lower but the flavor is really good so its worth the price. For a group of 5 ppl it was $140.

The place has amazing food, whether you get the cheapest item on the menu, or the most expensive, the food never disappoints, it's always great. Every once in a while the waitress does take a little long, but the wait is worth it. My wife and I always love going to this place. You should add more pictures of your entrées to your menu so new customers can see how delicious they look and they will keep coming back to try other dishes. The Paella is amazing...!!!

FOOD: Chef Paz is somewhere you go when you've got an appetite. The empanadas were delicious! Albeit they're a wee oily. I recommend eating these with a napkin. I ordered the salchipapas next. They were pretty decent. I wish the fries were crispier but the flavors were there. The entree was the best part. I love a good runny egg. The flavors married well together. On a personal note, the dish was slightly salty to me. SERVICE: Both the man and woman running the restaurant are so quick. They take plates and cups away quickly. They're very kind. 10/10 will be back here again.
