It was decent, food was good. Nobody was standing at the door though for about 10 minutes and the trampoline for extra $10 is a rip off. Should be included for the card. But otherwise it was straight. Got a nice manager though forsure.

Yesterday (3/15/25) my mother in law took my 3 kids at 8pm (low traffic time) to chuck e cheese hwy 100 oaklahoma milw wi to use thier passes. We pay monthly for gold passes. We've always used the older cards as we save our tickets and visit frequently. (See photo) The girl working took advantage of my Mother in law who typically does not take the kids. So clearly she was new to passes but knew to give them the cards and my phone number. The employee who helped her said my son had a problem with his card and gave him a brand new one. We use these cards weekly for over a year now and never have issues. SO now he has LOST OVER 3,500 TICKETS he had been saving since October! We literally were just there the Saturday before this and the cards ALWAYS WORK FINE AND WE NEVER HAVE ISSUES! So now I have a son who is so sad that all his progress and savings was took! My mother in law feels horrible and like she got taken advantage of. We feel like the employee may have took the card for personal gain of tickets. She also mentioned how snotty the young lady was and even though they had 2 HOURS left til close she was not allowed to order pizza, wings, or any drinks! VERY DISSAPOINTED!! Normally we go on weekdays and Sundays and we have never encountered anything like this. Maybe a rude employee once in a while but never worth complaining about.

Service was horrible at the front alot of playing around when trying to order my things coworkers kept playing around and talking like i wasn’t there but one thing i will tell u i will never ever go to that chukee cheese again !!!!!! Now the food was amazing but the front staff horrible !!!!!

Don’t book parties here. Staff/ manager is rude and provoking. They want you to act a fool. They show attitudes for no reason. Staff goes back and forth with their guests unnecessarily. Tone is poor. Don’t let a few bad apples spoil your bunch.

This is smaller than the one in Brookfield but less busy. Amp parking and the place and bathroom is clean. I used the photo with mascot and there was not print. They have more teenager l games than the kid. I would come again if around the neighborhood.

Updated review: so another incident at this location with same manager with an attitude named Kayla. She intentionally made me wait at the register when there was a line behind me and rather than give me the dipping dots flavor the promotion was she told me they were iut of stock and then gave me a diff flavor and then wasted the cookies and cream when i asked if i cud have chocolate chip instead. She didnt use gloves when getting ice cream out and when i asked her to not waste the ice cream and that i wud just take it she through away the ice cream in the trash. What waste when there are people starving and she is blatantly wasting food. I did want to call out some of the great employees I met today. I honestly wish Tim and Samantha were there everytime. They are amazing and deserve a raise. Loretta in the kitchen also did amazing making out food to perfection. I still think the manager Kayla is a joke. The other day when I repeated my visit to this llcation, she tried to accuse me of kidnapping my own child. She knew who I was from the 20 times I have been there with my husband and father and son. She tried to stop me as i was leaving for proof and i told her my phone was dead. Technically no one was even there to greet us or stamp us. This location forces people to take selfies but no one was there that day so i just walked in with my son and father. I had approached her to load my card with my son so she knew me yet still tried to give me a hard time as i was leaving.
She should not be in customer service with her condescending attitude. It shows when you are desperate you will hire just about anyone off the street even if they don't know the first thing about customer service. I don't know where to begin with her attitude or her accusing my one year old of lying and then refusing to check cameras when I told her to if she thought my son didn't win jackpot. I will never renew my membership at this location or any other because of my experience today. Worst kind of employee a corporation could hire. All around dirty, unhygenic, and rude and disgusting location. Go to Dave and Busters before coming here.

my baby diaper bag was stolen and my kids jackets. I asked if they could search on camera but they said the security cameras were off and that’s crazy! Then then they contact us the next day saying they found the bag. Somebody that worked there or was a customer had it and brought it back! I do NOT recommend this location.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!Had my daughters birthday party here and the service was terrible...Chuckee barely interacted with my child, the host looked like she didn't want to be there, there were only like 10 games, very small trampoline that barely moves..just terrible ..I'll never attend this place again...should've just got a refund as soon as I walked into the place and seen there was barely anything for my child to do

Came here for my daughters birthday party. Had Craig as a host,he was amazing! Kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Samantha, also amazing at her job! She guided us in the right direction as to what to order and how much for our party. Overall, we had a great experience for my daughter's party!
