Worst location ever. Workers look all sluggish, all irritated to even be there, nobody is friendly at all KID PLACE. Paid for the jumping section $15 for some socks just for worker to keep walking away and locking it up right after him. Not allowing my kid to go back and forth. Then wants to say “well a worker has to be there the whole time” OKAY SO WHY DOES HE KEEP WALKING AWAY. All he’s doing is sitting down ON HIS PHONE looking all rude. Whats the point of paying if my kid can’t go in and out as she pleases. I would think a place that’s meant for kids would have FRIENDLY WORKERS. Not a single one was friendly. Not a single one smiled. Never going back.

Had to cancel due to a snow storm and couldn’t get my deposit back! $55 down the drain! I’ll NEVER BOOK A PARTY WITH THEM AGAIN. Like even after they called me because they knew a lot of people was gone cancel due to the storm.

Had fun kids love this place. I just wish they'd award more tickets for the games that definitely feels like a rip off. Overall we'll be back, silver pass member so I kinda have no choice lol.

Very few things to keep children entertained. Not what I remember when my children were little and going almost every other weekend. I and my husband even had fun when we took them as a family. Now I took my granddaughter. It was boring! And Chuck E is celebrity status that he only did the party rooms! 😅

My son wanted to come here after getting his pins out his wrist.
The cashier was super rude and condescending and acted like my mom didn’t know what she was talking about. My mom clearly asked for sausage, but they gave us pepperoni instead. When she told them it was wrong, they insisted we said pepperoni and refused to fix it. Really annoying and unprofessional experience. Fix it Dallon and Dallon manager

I had my granddaughters birthday there and we had a great time!!! The mangers were awsome every single one was out on floor making sure everything was good!!!
