I’ve never had such frustrating customer service. We asked for two scoops in one bowl, but instead of listening, they made us pay for two separate bowls—no explanation, no clarification, just silence and attitude.
To make it worse, they left our cone sitting on the counter and didn’t even call it out. The employee wouldn’t speak up, didn’t seem to listen, and acted like we were supposed to understand their Cold Stone lingo like “Love It” or “Like It.” We’re customers, not employees—we don’t work there!

Half cup of ice cream for $8 and an extra $2 for a cone. Flavor was ok, but nothing impressive. Had the nutter butter and there was maybe 3 pieces of cookie bits and 2 tiny strands of fudge. The ice cream barely covered the bottom of the cone. First and last time trying this place.

Terrible service experience. Three staff members were overwhelmed, focusing on one customer while neglecting others. A delivery driver was waiting for unprepared orders, and the line barely moved. Employees spent more time chatting than working. After waiting 10 minutes with no progress, I left frustrated
I will not go back. Plenty of other good ice cream to choose from

Wonderful workers! I heard they have 3 new employees as to why they are asking questions left and right to a certain employee. They are slow but they're still learning and it's great to be part of their learning experience! They are very professional at their job even when I witnessed another customer giving them an attitude. Can be busy at times but it is definitely worth it at the end!!! YUMMY ICE CREAM 😊🤤

I came here to say a while ago and got a like it mint ice cream with Oreos and I fell in love and came back with the same order but added a waffle bowl and it was delicious. This is my go to place for ice cream and relax with family and the music is very chill. Thank youColdstone will be coming back again! The staff are very welcoming with a nice Hello and have a nice day I love that about a restaurant that welcome customers. Keep up the great work and team.

This place has the crappiest service I have seen in a long time. There was a very long line when we were visiting and one of the employees named Abby decided that it was far more important to refill ice cream tubs that weren’t even close to empty instead of helping customers. Abby has no business working in customer service as she clearly doesn’t know what the term means. Please hire better employees!!!

This Cold Stone lacks any type of customer service skill. They were extremely unhelpful when a birthday coupon of mine wasn't working. Then when I finally did get it to work, they didn't provide me any utensils or napkins. Last time they receive my money. So many other great and local establishments to support.
Nothing but love( I wish they would bring back the location that was closer to where I live) . I've been coming to coldstone for years. My favorite is the apple pie ala coldstone.. 😋.
