You can tell that the owners don’t look at the google reviews as often as they should. When there with my family and saw like 3-4 different pieces of papers on the door. The one that was in front of me said. We will not allow anyone with any facial coverings. I would understand if it said something along the lines of. Please take your mask off before entering. But no facial coverings? What if someone who covers their face due to religious reasons come to the establishment. Are they going to deny them? Seems like border line discrimination.
When I tried to pay at the register, I was paying cash and the cashier had the manager come and speak to me because I was paying with a $50 bill. She said “our door said we don’t accept anything larger than a 20. Do you have anything smaller?” Mind you my order total was somewhere between $25-$30 and I didn’t. She’s like “we’re not supposed to, but I’ll take it.” Does the management of owners not know that counterfeit pens exist? And no, I’m not talking about the one that is just a marker. There is pens that have a little blue light and it’s so much easier to detect if a counterfeit is being presented when you use a pen. A little more training and that wouldn’t be an issue.
After I left, I couldn’t tell what the other signs under the door were, but it definitely looked very messy and unorganized. What am I supposed to do? Standard in front of the door for five minutes while I read every single sign before I enter the establishment?
The ice cream is good but the presentation/service could change a bit.

Cake was delivered on time and tastes great, just wish they would’ve told me they can’t personalize rather than putting this mess on top of this little cake that was over $40 😬 I think it’s just straight up food coloring lol

There was hair in my ice cream, and we came so close to the time they closed there was nothing we could do except throw it away. I was so upset 20 dollars worth of ice cream just gone, and the hair was long blonde and embedded in there

My husband and I went to cold stone tonight while I was 5 months pregnant to satisfy my pregnancy cravings. We walked in about 20 minutes before closing but Veah made our night! She was so sweet and personable. We both did a create your own. She made our ice cream quickly and the portions were great!

I ordered a pick up (chocolate devotion triple pint) and firstly I went to the store expecting the pick up item is ready but I have to wait for 20 mins for that guy to prepare the order. There is not much people out there but that guy who prepared the order was just chilling out.. moving here out there.. speaking with colleagues.. but not preparing the order.. this is utterly poor customer service.. I finally received the order after waiting 20 mins with the ice cream over flowing from the box.. This is really very very pool customer service. I WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN AND WILL LET MY FRIENDS NOT TO VISIT EITHER.

Great staff here! Polite, patient, and skilled at getting folks in and out without complaint or incident. The ice cream is pretty excellent, too!
The hard working ladies behind the counter are absolutely phenomenal! They asked us all the right questions, suggested things, and took care of our order quickly and cleanly.
I can't say enough good things, other than come shop here and enjoy their ice cream!

I ordered online from Florida… something went wrong and it was through the door dash system. I called Jody at Cold Stone in Wisconsin. Not only did she cancel my original order because I had the wrong time of delivery, SHE herself made the cake and a card for our father for father’s day… SHE AND HER HUSBAND AND SON ACTUALLY DELIVERED IT FOR ME!!! I am so appreciative! Jody went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Nevermind having to speak with me 3 different times. She also called to let me know that it was indeed handed to my father. This world needs more kindness like this ❤️

Subpar establishment! Minimal selection of ice cream. The cookie sandwiches are pre-made and only come in 4 packs. Only options for cookies is oreos. Wasn't worth it.

Three of us visited this location tonight. The ice cream was alright for two of us, but I didn’t watch mine being made and was given the wrong flavor. I didn’t bother saying anything- that part is on me, I didn’t mind trying something different. The reason I’m writing this though is because the store is filthy. The floors are dirty and don’t look like they’ve been mopped in months, all tables were dirty, there was dust on most surfaces as well. One of the workers was sticking his finger into his ear and then slapped on some gloves and made the ice cream. His apron was covered in specks of what looked like a white paste - maybe frosting? Dried ice cream? Once the gloves are on, everything else is then touched everywhere in the store and no one washed their hands. The entire place needs a deep cleaning and the staff needs to review hygiene and cleanliness.
