The worst service is no service at all.. Smh.. It shows the difference between big business and small business. Big business can get away with degrading service.. And it's a shame.

The ONLY great experience was the cashier Iyana! I got her name from the receipt. She was super kind, patient and extremely helpful. What a great face and personality to have greeting customers! The manager working with her tho who was making our subs was the COMPLETE opposite! Just super unpleasant. The bread was rough, lettuce was not green and the subs weren’t made right. Ingredients were missing and made super sloppy! But, Thank You Iyana for being you hun! People don’t know what a smile and a positive attitude can do sometimes!

Gave me food poisoning. A few hours after eating the club sub I was throwing up bits of lettuce and tomato. Nothing else was redeeming either, taste was mediocre and service was just okay.

Subs here are not what they used to be. Turkey sub has minimal meat, some lettuce, tomato, onion and tomato..... $10 bucks

My chicken cheddar deluxe was AMAZING. I didn't get my jalapenos, but that didn't matter... The bread was wonderfully soft, the lettuce crisp, and the rest was on point as well.

I absolutely love this location and the manager who runs it...she is friendly and remembers who you are...another employee didn't get my oder correct and she knew actually what I ordered...she a Gem for Cousin's to have!!!

I literally never write a review but I am so disappointed with my food from this cousins. They got my order totally wrong, they served 5 people their food before my 1 sub. My fries had no salt, and the best thing about my food was my ketchup that I used from my house. Maybe train the people working the counter and tell them to listen to orders instead of having ear buds in.

Picked up online order and went home to find one sandwich totally wrong. Drove back and asked for a new sub and total refund for my troubles. They had nothing to offer except a refund on the subs but they would not give me the subs. I give them the subs back and they will refund. Nothing for my time or troubles or for my family that hadcto wait for me to get the food. They would not give me the order free only would refund if they got the food back. This is the worst treatment i have ever experienced at the fault of the staff and not even the general manager would help. Twenty four dollars for two 7” subs and two trips tgere and two trips back at 3.00 a gallon for gas. Please avoid this store!
Follow up!!! 10/14/2024 Customer Service told me to contact them on their contact page and after 10 minutes of following their instructions the website said it was not working, write back later. Cousins you have sucked enough time away from my family.

Don't bother wasting your time going to this cousins. I waited 30 mins for 2 half subs when they were NOT BUSY despite what the manager would say(5 orders is not much in fast food). The manager is a useless cow that can't even take an order properly and gives you attitude for just walking in the door. The ugly pizza faced employee named emilio is a rude little brat who needs his mamma to spank him once in a while. They are ALL slower than children in special ED. They blast awful rap music out of the back that drowns out all the sound in the restaurant. Awful experience would give it a 0 star rating if possible. I decided I wanted a refund and while waiting for the manager to come back up front I got sneering and passive aggressive comments by the staff and even more rude remarks from the manager while she slowing refunded me. I went home and made my own food that tasted 1000% better than something a greasy little geek slopped together for me. P.S. Too the owner who responded. Respect is something your employees did not earn after the way they treat your customers, I'm not the first person with the exact same experience with the exact same employees and the reviews go back over a year to prove my point. Your restaurant is run like a joke.

This is my last time coming to this location. They had 3 cooks and took soooo long to get the food to me. They call this fast food for a reason. There were multiple couples that left for the wait. I'm sure there reviews will be coming in shortly

Depends what day you go.... you order online and your food might be ready by time you get there or they're so lost they give your food somewhere else and then have to wait for them.to make a whole new order...
