Today was my 1st time ever stopping at this cousin's sub-location. However, I honestly thought I would get excellent service because of the area it's in. But I learned very quickly that I was wrong. The lady at the register was vulgar, unprofessional, and inconsiderate; having conversations with the lady working the window of a personal matter very unprofessional, very rude to customers, and should not be working in customer service at all. My sandwich was made wrong, but the cook remade what I requested gave her a 5-dollar tip. She moved as if she didn't want it, and I will never return there.

I was in your store earlier around lunch and overheard one of the employees verbally attacking another employee. I have been a customer of this location for a few years and what I witnessed was despicable behaviour. She repeatedly called the other lady a hypocrite and used assaulting words. You could tell the lighter complexion woman was shaken by the attacking words from the darker complexion woman. This type of behavior should not be happening in a customer service based restaurant. I will take my business to another location. There were others sitting and eating and I'm sure that wasn't a pleasant experience for them

Went here 2 nights ago at about 8:30 I was informed me grill was off . But she said don't worry I got. Got home and looked at the sandwich and it was half done. I come here often and order a plain steak with grilled onions. Now I'm nervous to go back. I would preferred for them to just say we're done for the night.

Came in on 10/5/2023 between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm. Ordered 3 ham and provolone half subs and regular cheese curds. The food was fantastic, but the young, light skin curly haired gentleman who took my order was another story. He came to the register chewing food, and he also had crumbs on the corner of his mouth that he wiped off with his sleeve after I said something to him about it. After taking my order, he puts plastic gloves on without washing his hands first, goes into the freezer, grabs the cheese curds, and drops them into the fryer. Then he proceeds to the station where my subs are being made and starts drinking what appeared to be a strawberry shake. I guess he didn't see me watching his every move. Like I previously stated, the food was good, but the worker that took my order should be re-trained on how to work in the restaurant industry.
Awesome food as usual, but just a tip. Please always tip the spatula to drain the wetness from the steak. Thank you and I will most definitely be coming back again. This is just a tent and I don’t want anybody to be upset.

I understand businesses are busy & Im not the only person ordering food but there’s a reason to order ahead of time to just b able to walk in & pick it up. Even more of an inconvenience if I was in a time crunch. This is now the second time I’ve placed online & my food has not been ready. I even come late for that particular reason to give them more time. The other customers that were already in here got their food before mine. Ridiculous.
