Very dirty, no hair nets, employees wipe nose and continue making sandwiches. More worried about punching out than helping 4 customers. I stood at register for 15 minutes no service so went to subway which was 2 minutes total wait and to make sandwich

Yea yikes… Every single time I order ahead of time for pick up it’s without fail that my order takes about 35-40 minutes to prepare. Tonight, while experiencing this same issue (ordered at 6:05 not ready until 6:39) my kids order did not include the applesauce, apple juice or the cookie that was prompted online and paid for. When I called to address this issue I was told that I should have reminded the staff for said items. I don’t recall ever filling out an application OR working at a cousins. This is not the customers issue. Do. Better. Pay attention.

I went into the cousins sub on Oklahoma Avenue in West Allis Wisconsin and asked if they had veterans offers on Veterans Day and they said yes, and they made me a sandwich but the cashier and the one making the sandwich were talking to each other about me and gave me looks like I was getting away with something. I felt very disrespected. Neither said a word to me, but the blank stare as they handed me the sandwich said it all. Every other place that I went that offered veterans stuff were very gracious to me, smiled and thanked me for me service with this one exception. I am a 23 year veteran and I’m thankful to Cousins Subs. I’m very thankful for all the respect that we usually get as veterans.

Bread 🍞 🥪 🥖 was dried out and crusty like crackers! not enough meats or cheese 🧀and sandwich are also dry tasteless and blah!😝 It's like eating a piece of cardboard with lettuce and where's the tomatoes?🍅where's the moisture and flavors of the meats and veggies and cheese????😝🍅About the only things you can find or taste are the nasty stringy😝🌰onions! Italian,club,and steak sandwiches were all lackluster and dry and flavorless,tasteless,overly pricey garbage!!$$$!!*🗑 🚮 👎💩😝 Service was good 👍 👌 and 🏃♀️ fast🏃♂️and 👌 polite,😀 but the bottom line is the food is too expensive $$$ and NOT 👎👎👎worth the high price for everything, 💰🤑💸💲 💲💲💲bottom line is go to Subway, or the food store and buy the best ingredients you can afford and make your own sandwiches🥖 🍞 🥪 at home!! 🏡👌👍🏡 🤔 🤩 Probably for much cheaper tooo!!!$$$$

Cousins on 91st and Lincoln is clean, friendly, and worth the money. The team over there is putting out some of the best subs. I go at least once a week, and it has been fresh and delicious every time. 😋
