If you place an online order for a hot sub and a side of fries or curds, 50% of the time you’ll end up with a cold sub because they forget to drop the fries or curds. You stand there in limbo as door dash and orders placed well after your “pick up ready” time are fulfilled until you prompt them to check your order (which has now been sitting there for 15-20 minutes). Then, and only then, do they drop your fries and you wait another 2 and a half irritated minutes.

Online order on time, staff courteous, friendly. Food hot, order correct. Only complaint, online order behind counter, so still short wait to pickup. Overall positive experience, will return.
Ordered at meatball sub; hardly any sauce meatballs were bland the amount of cheese was ok. THE BEST PART WAS THE BREAD. Sad, this was one of my favorite sandwhich.

I go to this cousins more times then I would like to admit, that I eat to...butttt the employees that work here are always super nice, never had a problem. And if there was fixed right away. I think she is the main manager with blonde hair she is always up beat and nice. I will continue to visit this one as long as service stays this nice.

Next time you give out shakes for take out put a different cover on that is not opened and make sure the shakes are sturdy in the cardboard container. Ours spilled over and we ended up with half a shake instead of the whole thing
