Always great food!!
EDIT: I went through the drive-thru at this location (HWY 100/ West Allis) around 5pm. Everyone knows you have to wait for your food at Culver's, especially during heavy traffic times. I ordered, and pulled up to the window to pay. I was immediately given my food at the window.. which seemed odd. I drove home, which is only 5 minutes away. Took my food out of the bag to find a lukewarm Butterburger and barely warm fries. I called and spoke with the manager. He sounded annoyed (not as annoyed as I was), and said he would send me a replacement coupon in the mail.
Needless to say, I never received it.
I will go out of my way to go to a different Culver's the next time I have a taste for their food!!

Order a butterbuger just ketchup and pickles nothing else got everything on there. The young lady didn't listen so when I tried to remake it they wanted to charge me for another burger like take your headphones off and pay attention. I will never eat here again done with being disrespected by even a manager the lady had one headphone in and nothing was done. Back in my day when you worked fast food it was fast done right and we couldn't have headphones in. What was really disrespectful is how they laughed after I left and my girlfriends dad came in and the young lady told her I need help.

I am a regular Customer and no better the anyone. However, The service today at West Allis Culver was horrible. Taking the order disaster. PAY AT THE WINDOWS $17.70 BUT THE ORDER $13.72 HOWEVER , WAS CHARGE CORRECTLY. The order walk to car by person with attitude problems. The prompt me to inspect my food in of sandwich soggy wet . And only 3 price grill onions. Normally a good location I walk inside got refund I attempted to explain it to manger on duty . He was clueless and still didn't understand the reason for not please. The crew over staff 19 people or more and still can get it correct. I hate see the manpower and sales. EPIC FAIL CULVER IN ONE TWO FAST FOOD CHAIN I GO TO NOT DELIOUS TODAY I put one year ban on this location as regular customer some where else get $50 to $75 a week for next year I suggest a retraining of all second shift will use manpower the God wasting salary on this disastrous manager and his poor performance and sloppy crew

Culvers used to be really good. But lately its been awful. Last week I went through the drive thru and my order was missing a hamburger, this week my order was missing an order of fries. I shouldn't have to empty the bag in my car to see if the order is complete and I don't want to have to go back in the store and stand in line to fix the problem while my food is getting cold and my ice cream is melting. And my hamburger was so over cooked that it crunched when I bit into to it. I'm done with Culver's for awhile

Cashier got my order wrong. He didn’t clarify the order with me to see if it was correct, and I got charged for sizes I didn’t want, and the was missing toppings I wanted. It wasn’t even busy, too. But they got the food out fast.

This location is extremely predjuice against minorities and people of color when they are serving minority for people of color, their attitude is very nasty and rule is the Customer Service is very poor. The food is never cooked properly. It’s either undercooked or extremely overcooked and they purposely mess up the orders and then when you bring it to their attention and show the receipt they act as if it’s an inconvenience that you’re not getting what you’re paying for and they have to adjust whatever that is needed to be adjusted. Extremely unwelcoming atmosphere would not recommend at all. Definitely needs new management and cultural diversity training for staff.
