We used to go here for the lunch buffet many years ago, and I was excited to add them to our dinner list. That excitement faded when we arrived. The restaurant is less than half the size it used to be, with an entrance that leaves much to be desired, and the buffet...gone. The decor used to be traditional Asian symbols and art in warm colors, but is now cold and sterile. Very disappointing change.

Our server was great. She was VERY friendly and eager to help. Our table of six was the only one the entire time we were there so service was fast.

The food has really taken a down turn. I ordered a BBQ Pork Egg Roll, and a couple others ordered the combo platter. There was nothing BBQ about the egg roll and the others said all the egg rolls they received were the same. Though I like the way they serve the rice and entre separate so you can build it yourself on your plate, the Sweet and Sour Chicken was not sweet. It was actually spicy.

This was definitely a disappointment.

Have eaten take out here a few times...usually very good. But tonight was total trash. Sesame Chicken had the skin still on it...all fat and grissle...and the chicken fried rice was horrible...mushy like oatmeal....will not be going back here for awhile.

Tried it for the first time- the egg roll combo was some of the best I ever had! I am a sesame chicken fan and it was made to order and so good. The sweet and sour sauce I want to bottle and bring home. Will be back

I moved to the Southside area from Brown Deer back in late 2017. While living in Brown Deer my favorite Chinese restaurant was in Menomonee Falls which wasn't that far. Unfortunately since moving to the Southside I couldn't find a Chinese food restaurant at least for me that was up to par. Believe me when I say I tried many Chinese restaurants, its an understatement. I realize everyone has different taste and mine was just not being fulfilled. I actually stumbled across this restaurant on my way to an appointment. I decided I'd give it try. I thought to be safe I'd keep it simple ( beef fried rice, shrimp egg foo young, crab rangoon and an egg roll) this was around lunchtime and was also takeout. The service was quick and very friendly. I couldn't wait to get home because it smelled so good but even with that I was still thinking this may be another disappointment. I'm beyond thrilled to say that everything exceeded my expectations. Everything was delicious. I finally found a Chinese food restaurant that did not disappoint. I no longer have to travel to Menomonee Falls for great Chinese food. This restaurant is just as good and honestly maybe a smidge better. I will definitely be back to try other menu items. I definitely recommend it. Great Food

Be careful what chow mein you order — it’s on the menu as chow mein Cantonese and regular. You don’t know which one you’re going to get. There are no veggies in the fried rice and it is soooo heavy on the soy sauce — not good. The chicken for the lemon chicken was mostly breading and the sauce was sweet like lemon curd. The meat is really scarce in the fried rice and chow mein.Egg rolls got the seal of approval, though!

Overall great service but food that does not meet the expectations.Egg rolls were not up to par with the name, I could not taste the shrimp in the shrimp egg rolls and they were very…very greasy and tasted the same as the chicken egg rolls. The crab ragoons were hard and tasted a day old and had a floury coating on them. The filling was also sub par.Other food was okay just okay… nothing more to say. Many other restaurants are the same price with being 10x better

The chicken with pea pods had lots of water chestnuts and pods but was low on the chicken. The pork fried rice was OK and was the best of the 3 dishes I purchased. The lo mein was disappointing because I didn't care for the noodles they used. It was different from any other restaurant I've had lo mein from.
