Place is usually great/Family friendly and food is great but the service has gone bad I within the last 4 times I went. Maybe under staffed?? Understandable. Went at 2:30pm for some lunch and drinks on a Saturday and nobody cared to even greet me and my guest even when we walked in. Sat down and still nothing, waited 10 mins and got up and left. Was pretty upset because I’ve always had a great time there - but sadly probably won’t come back. Maybe the shuttle is useful, that’s all?

Great food, great people but service is horrible. Under staffed? Maybe, but in an empty bar? My girlfriend and I waited for 10 minutes for drinks or any service and nothing. I said I’ll give 5 more minutes and still nothing. Walked out and I didn’t even get a Have a nice day! Oh, they didnt even say hi when we walked in. Did they even acknowledge that we were there? Used to like this place. Ended going to another bar for food, drinks, service and left with a good experience. El Camino on 72nd Greenfield Ave.

Food is always great. But you will definitely be waiting for a good 45-1hr for your food to come out if you can find somewhere to sit. Expect them to get something wrong or forget to ring something in, happens pretty often don’t expect great/ good service. Understaffed to the point you legit have to wave them down for anything.

Went in and were told we couldn’t order wings because the person I was with was 20 y/o lol. Idk what rule that is or what but I was told “unless she has a parent with her she can’t be in here” … A 20 y/o ! It was actually comical like, what? I had to ask like “so we can’t order water and wings because she’s not 21?” And our “server” said “yes that’s right.” Lmao either the waitress was being a lazy goof or the owner has the dumbest rule of all time 😂

I cant say enuff good things about this place. Great food. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. We were in from out of town and went here twice and they even remembered us. And the $5 mini pitchers are just great.

It was a nice place. The food was good, we had the burgers. The tall Mixed drinks with the top-shelf alcohol drinks were a little pricey but we did enjoy our time there. We will go back.

I recently reserved their downstairs area for a surprise birthday party. All I have to say is I can't believe how accommodating the whole staff was. From allowing to hang up decorations to helping keep it private. The food and service was absolutely amazing. The staff did an absolutely amazing job with all the different tabs open and all the different orders. Nothing got mix up no one got forgotten about. Highly recommended this place.

Great place for Friday Fish Fry. Really good cod. Fries with special sauce to die for. Servers excellent. Helpful, courteous, and professional. Highly knowledgeable in their craft. Always a pleasure to go there. Great wings. Eat them all day.

went to get wings on a Tuesday night at 745pm sat down in the restaurant side was going to order wings an a coke an was asked for an ID.... I have been to many many bars at all hours of the night an have never asked for an ID when purchasing food an zero alcohol.... won't be back if you don't have an ID don't walk in this place....
also I do have an ID just didn't grab it when going for food because I didn't think I'd need it because i wasn't planning on drinking....
