Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe

Honey Berry is one of my favorite places to take friends and colleagues for lunch. My visit today is an excellent example of why. I was greeted kindly at the door (I didn't get her name - and she was kindly and frequently making sure the bathrooms were in order when there weren't people to greet). Ramon, our server, was attentive, kind, and engaging (and not too much). The omelets were delicious, the pancakes fluffy and yummy, and the hash browns were perfect! The gentleman who bussed our table (we were there two hours!) was gracious and unobtrusive. Edward, the manager, was glad to hear my compliments, happy to share the kudos with his staff. Thank you for an exemplary dining experience! Keep up the good work!

I've never been before. Quite impressed. Music was fun. Super clean place and Cassandra my server was excellent. The was the ultimate professional.

I came in and was greeted by the very nice staff. Roxy was my server and she did an outstanding job, she was very friendly, was smiling, and was very attentive at my table. I ordered the breakfast sliders with the cereal killer French toast and man did the food come out insanely fast and tasted amazing. 5/5 experience will be coming back. Thank you Roxy for the amazing service.

Walked into the restaurant, the young lady at the counter didn't acknowledge us, a server walked over and sat us. Server took drink orders, dropped off a craft of water and came back with my latte. The latte was supposed to be hot but was just warm but she didn't come back until we were half way done with breakfast to see how everything was. I asked her if the machine was working properly because my latte was not hot, she told me see would check, instead came back with the bill and walked away. She came back to pick up the bill and proceeded to walk away but I stopped her to ask if she got an answer about the latte, her response was i seen him steam the milk so I said okay. Her manager stopped over after that to ask a out the latte a d we explained the conversation, he was really nice and made me another one to go, it was correct temp this time. The manager asked how the rest of the service was and ww started explaining how odd everything was but she walked over and we said everything was fine and the food was excellent. I will not be back to the West Allis location

Slow service

Very disappointed! Ordered the Belgian Waffle for $12.00 and all I got was a tasteless overcooked 5” diameter waffle. Nothing else with It. My partner ordered a side of bacon and waitresses forgot to put the order in. By the time she brought it he was finished eating. Waitress just said “I’m sorry” and proceeded to change us $40 for a mere breakfast!

Pulled in to a full parking lot at 12:30 on a Sunday and was not disappointed. The feel of the place was welcoming and the food was great. Just happens to be looking for breakfast and this place was a good find.

The berry waffle was good but 16 for one waffle is expensive. It doesn't make sense to order waffles when you can get the pancake version at the same cost with more food. Also, 4 dollars for one cup of plain burnt coffee is overcosted. Disappointing.

Food was okay, service was sub par, the drink was nice, but the price seemed high for a simple breakfast/brunch.

My fig and bacon omelette was fantastic! What a combo with harvarti cheese😍And my husbands French toast…Wow!! Two meals worth😉

The food and survive was really good but while I was trying to talk to the person I was with I would get interrupted by a blender going off at the bar it was kind of annoying having to stop our conversation because we couldn’t hear what was being said

Great food good portions

Visited on a Monday at 12:30pm. Was not busy with only 4 tables of people there. Numerous tables covered with dirty plates.

Food was mediocre at best. Eggs tasted like margarine. Server never came back to our table to refill drinks or even give us our check.

No need to go back.

The service was amazing, food delicious hot and fresh, Alex our service was excellent made sure me and my friend had everything we needed, and checked on us throughout our meal, Maddison the Host also had amazing customer service super friendly will definitely be back!!!

The experience overall was great. Food was okay. My waffle was kind of hard and the piece of chicken breast was a little crispy. I was expecting more of a chicken tender than the flat chicken breast, it was. The service was exceptional, was and staff was very courteous. Decent for the price, I’d more than likely go back and try something else.
