The food choices look good, but I guess it’s like a hit or miss when you’re creating your own bowl to be cooked. Other than that there food well vegetables tasted more like frozen bags you buy out the grocery stores. Didn’t have that fresh taste to them as well the shrimp artificial. But like I shared it’s a hit or miss, so I give them a 3 out of 5 star.

Always loved HuHot since I started living in Wisconsin. Very clean and attentive. They were a bit slow on refills on the sauces and soda but thats all right with me. When it was brought to attention they immediately addressed it and was excellent customer service. I do wish this location had the minimum sauce required sign somewhere like the others I've been to. Other than that I love it here

Tried this place out with some family who have never had this. Now the food being cooked and the show was great. No complaints there. Well the server wasnt the best. We had a 4yr old who cant be left at the table. we got charged for the child going through the line even though she ordered mac and cheese. and the 2 times i went through the line. the beef was never filled. over an hour and they wouldnt fill it... in my opinion thats kinda BS.

The ladies who serviced me were great and the cook was nice. The food was substandard and restaurant wasn't very clean and I went during lunch hour

I ate the Mongolian dinner buffet tonight and my meal was very delicious, but my concerns is that I generally love a good shrimp or mussels stir fry. Only problem was that the shrimp served on the line was under temp and sitting in milky water and you didn't have to get that close to notice the strong smell of the shrimp. Note: The shrimp also were grey not white in color; quite concerning. Also, noted that the person restocking the linee items was not wearing gloves while touching items on the buffet line. It wasn't a busy rush, and noticed how unkept the buffet line was kept. Very messy, with some raw shrimp hanging out with some of the sliced frozen chicken. I don't think I want to risk my health by returning to this particular location.

The entire staff kept everything flowing and Troy, hands down, was the best server I’ve personally ever had anywhere. He hustled and made our experience seamless. I was able to speak with Beth and Tyler about how great our experience was and they took the time to listen and were so appreciative of the feedback. Got there at 4 pm and it was clear no one cleaned up from the lunch rush. Floor was sticky, empty vegetable and sauce containers that no one bother refilling, and the sauces were spilled all over the bar. The lip around the grill where the cooks wipe the spatulas was absolutely disgusting. It was not busy, but our server didn't come back. No chilli sauce on the tables. I'd skip this location.
