Ordered a sandwich and soda, I felt like the sandwich had stale bread because the bottom of the bun was hard like cardboard. I asked the cook if the bread was fresh and he proceeded to to open the sandwich and prod around the bun for some reason, grossed out completely. He then said I bake the bread at 6 am. I grabbed my soda and walked out the door - no refund no offer to remake. I felt that the person was rude for doing this. Never again.

The staff here is always so welcoming and friendly and patient, which is honestly so rare in customer service these days! Whenever I come there's a really attractive and kind man who takes my order, which is the main reason I keep coming back haha. But for real this is the best Jimmy John's in the area!

As a frequent customer of Jimmy John's, ordering almost once a month, I've sadly encountered a significant and recurring problem with order accuracy and quality of food. Specifically, about four out of every five deliveries have contained errors in the subs I requested or missing items. There's no way that I can be the only having this common reoccurring issue.

Despite my love for Jimmy John's sandwiches, this consistent lack of quality control in fulfilling orders has become a major point of frustration. It's disappointing to repeatedly receive incorrect/missing items after anticipating something you enjoy.

Furthermore, my experiences with attempts to rectify these errors have been unsatisfactory. Compensation or proper resolution is not fair in my opinion or doesn't occur, and when offered, it often hasn't adequately addressed the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the incorrect order.

I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in order fulfillment processes to ensure a more reliable and enjoyable experience for loyal customers like myself. For now, I will be ordering elsewhere.

Needed a quick meal because we had a wedding we were getting ready for and didn't have time to make food. Thought freaky fast was the way to go. Waited over an hour (mind you is a 6min drive). I didn't order a toasted sub but it sure as heck wouldn't have been warm any more. It's pretty ridiculous to advertise fast sandwhichs and not deliver that promise. If it was back in the day where you tip the driver when they get there I sure wouldn't have tipped they way I did on the app. Also ruined our mood before a wedding. Pretty ridiculous!

We order a few times a year from here and the sandwiches are always prepared well! The one thing that does suck is when you pay the extra money for a drink and it arrives more than halfway full of ice. I do not like spending over $2 for less than 12oz of actual soda due to all the ice.

Had the thickest strand of grey hair in my ham sub that I probably ate a little of the hair. Had to throw it away, makes me sick thinking of it. Normally I've never had a problem, order all the time from here, but this was just gross.

Corporate, if you’re listening…was excited to try out the new toasted subs only to be very disappointed to find out they only toast certain subs on their menu. The problem for me is I’m a vegetarian and there are no options on the menu for me to get a toasted sub. To add salt to the wound, my sub was wrapped and had a sticker that said, “tastier toasted.” Either add a vegetarian option to the favorites menu or just toast any sub! Guess I’ll just spend my money at a different sub place where I can get it toasted. 5 star rating for the nice workers, though!

Waited over an hour for my delivery for one sandwich.. if I could I would’ve reduced my tip because honestly that’s rediculous for a jimmy johns delivery time. The worst part is the driver could barely walk.. or even get out of their car?? I’m sorry but you should not have disabled individuals delivering food especially when your motto is “freaky fast delivery”….

Rude employees, I felt that they were laughing at me because I asked about a special that was no longer running, yet when it was going on they still never had anything posted about it. I plan to take my business down the road anyways now to the Cousins Subs who does have a $10 deal and better service and food!
