Burnt my fried rice. Did a shrimp really fry the rice ? Ridiculous. It seemed like a egg really tried to fry this gohdamn rice. Egg fried rice. More like burnt a** dry a** rice. This rice was black. How ? Didn't know u could do that. Pretty cool. U should show me how sometime. Also was salty asf like they poured the whole thing of soy sauce in it nice ! Loved this food lol

Ordered a combo B off of DoorDash and it came with beef I did not order. I did not eat much of the food and it triggered an immune response and caused me to have an upset stomach. Lucky I did not get full on food poisoning. Not a good sign. The meat also looked very questionable. I will not be ordering from here again. Waste of my money.

Beware- Food poisoning. Not the first to report- check Google reviews as well. I ordered off of door dash- orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with veggie lo mein and rice but instead of teriyaki chicken I got what appeared to be beef. The meat in general appeared questionable and tasted strange and questionable and like it was old. I also ordered crab Rangoons and spring rolls. They tasted like they were cooked in old oil and had been sitting out for some time. Very shortly after eating my order I got a bubbly upset stomach, nausea, and diarrhea.. thankfully DoorDash refunded my order. This place needs a health inspection ASAP. It seems they are poorly handling their ingredients.

Zero service. People working in store, signs say open. Signage stating you can dine in, carry out, order on line or in store. Yet the doors are locked and couldn't get in. Tried to call with no answer.I like this establishment but if this is how they conduct business.....i hope they end up closed for good.To bad for them

food is really good and you get a great amount for the price. i always get delivery and things come neatly and they all way add plenty of sauce :) definitely recommend if you’re looking for good food.

Sometimes you go to a place that has outstanding food but the service and the way the staff treats their customers is very poor and disgraceful. We can hide behind the difference of culture however treating people with dignity by showing people respect is something we do regardless of their ability to communicate in the same language as you do. Would I come here again knowing the poor service absolutely not. But if you don't care how you're treated and want great Chinese food then you make the call.

I'd hate to give up on Joy's because of this. Their website ordering process directs me to some kind of service, maybe similar to grubhub, but I pick up my order; I never get delivery. I guess I should go in person to order my lemon chicken.
