For KFC my food was hot and fresh. Chicken was crispy and juicy. The dinning area was very clean not one crumb on the floor or tables which is hard to find at any restaurant now adays. The ladys behind the counter were very pleasant and helpful.
Food took an HOUR!!!!! And then it was cold. I complained online and the response I got was that they will let the manager know.

was going to call and express these concerns but this KFC has seen too many new employees which appear are generated by either a all black or all white staff , whatever float their boat but I been familiar with this KFC for a long time and it never come back fully once the introduction to the new management get more acquainted with their objective
Radar I had a piece of wet fried chicken that I suppose it’s the new original ,it went straight in the garbage ,
I chose fries over mashed potatoes and they deceptively made it far less than where that Part of the order was suppose to be I stopped having the Mac & cheese because the old staff made it bland and soupy or bland and flaky list my taste for that to!!!

The best management they’ve had since they’ve opened. Before the place used to look like a hang out spot and service was horrible! Great customer service, but I just wish the food was hotter and little more ice in the drinks “warm drinks”. But besides that, they are trying!

Just was in the drive thru a short while ago and I have to say I am impressed with the service and the food. The cashier was very friendly, everything was ready to go pretty fast and the food was perfect. Especially the biscuits. Thank you so much to the KFC crew. Your #1.
I placed my order inside to go. My cashier was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure my order was correct and overall made sure I had a great experience. I believe she was a manager, but I don't remember her name. I was ordering for a family member and I and the cashier had good recommendations. My family member and I were satisfied with our dinner. Everything tasted good and was fresh. I would come here again just because my cashier was so nice. I wish I would have caught her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves.
I can't speak on the atmosphere as I placed my order for take out.

Ordered to-go in the restaurant this evening. I commented to the lady working (Michelle, who ended up being a newer manager)how over the past few months this place has greatly improved. Also let her know I dealt with a "Parker" recently on the phone and he was fantastic, as was the manager Michelle tonight. It was so clear how she cares about this place and in doing a great job. This was awesome to see! Props here for all the improvements, I'll be back.
Chicken was very good. Order was accurate and prompt. Hats off to the staff and manager.

Today was a great experience for us; we dined at this KFC location (West Allis)! My son is autistic, and he particularly loves this KFC location. Their food is always consistently good, and the cashier, Sage, is always friendly and kind to my son. Keep up the good work!!

Hadn't stopped at KFC in years. The positive was the cashier a young gentleman named Clinton (I think) Welcomed us and was above and beyond kind and professional! This young man is gonna go places!!! As far as the food had #7 it was just ok. Mac and cheese was old (you could tell) and the tenders where soggy and old. To bad about the food because it would have been a great experience otherwise. Maybe I will try again in the future and it will be crispy.

My daughter wanted the famous bowl and Mac n cheese so I figured I'd be safe with a sandwich. I was wrong.. at least the fries were good. Why is there so much white sauce on my sandwich? It's like a disturbing amount. And I bit into the chicken and it's just not normal.
