I always order a pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese and stuffed crazy crust and well done I paid $25 for 2 but they made me the regular pizza that cost $5 it was not well done cook they give you what they want not what you order some one that is working there is not doing the job right.

Best cheese sauce on planet earth. Also only get the thin crust pizza. Way better than the doughy gross regular round crust.

The worse workers ever! Never go here.. try the other guys. They messed up my order and the only advice they had for me was “get back to the store as soon as possible to get it fixed”. When I explained that that was not possible and suggested maybe taking my name so there’s proof I spoke with with management the pea brain lady on the phone said “well obviously you have a receipt so they know”.. After about 3 “well obviously” remarks I wanted to know why the obvious thing to have done was not mess up my order to begin with. I asked for a corporate number so I can possibly get a partial refund or coupons for the missing items. And the pea brain suggested I google it. Obviously I will be calling my bank since I was not able to get any help from the store and there’s no way to contact any type of support team. I wouldn’t give these people 2 cents until they can hire people more professional that have the intellect and emotional maturity to handle basic customer service issues. I see why they have a horrible rating.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is a joke! Placed and order online and there’s been no progress almost 50 minutes later! Call the store and it just stays on hold no one answers it! Don’t waste your time ordering from this location. I usually order Muskego location much more reliable service!

Its best to wait 15 minutes before coming for call ins, it won't show that you called in your order right away.

My FAV quick and cheap pizza. The majority of the staff here is great. I always order online so I run in and out. The only negatives are the waiting area could be cleaner ( but it's ALWAYS busy in there so I'm assuming that's why the floors are so filthy ) and parking is tight and very limited, but aside from that the food is always yummy and I've never had to wait nor have I ever had an issue with our food.

Ordered online expecting food to be ready. It was put in the oven after I asked about it, at 1st they seemed to have never received the order I had already paid for. I was not the only one waiting for online ordering and there were no walk-in lines to show cause for the big delay. This was at 730pm
Was in and out in less than two minutes. Pizza looked great. If you don't believe me look for yourself

For the love of the gods just get rid of the hot and ready slogan !! It has been at least 10 years since I've walked in a store and didnt have to wait atleast a half hour for a pizza completely ridiculous ....
