Inattentive and unfriendly. Ordered online still had to wait 20 minutes past my pickup time. Guy making pizza in sweat pants and slippers. Kitchen was littered with trash on the floor. Waited at the register for 10 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge I was there. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Do NOT order from this location. Placed an online order on 4/7 at 10:30am for pickup @11:30am. Arrived to a closed store, even though their hours are from 10:30am-10:00pm everyday. I wasn’t able to receive my order that I paid for. Also, I’ve been unable to get in contact with anyone at the store or customer service. This has been extremely frustrating to go through and deal with. All of their locations need to be shut down.

Ordered online. Went to pick it up at time it said it would be ready. Wasn't marked ready in the app but went in anyway. Several people were waiting inside the store for orders. Waited for over an hour after order was supposed to be ready. Then left without my order. Now I have to call Monday for a refund. What a joke. Employees did not come to the counter to help anyone. Hid in the back. Went from cutting pizza with no gloves or hair nets, to take phone out of pocket. Touching phone and hair without washing hands then going back to cut pizzas. Yes it was busy. But there was no sort of system in place and they were a mess.

I placed my order at 8:30 and the tracker said its in the oven so I drive to pick it up and the employee says it is going to be refunded and I have to wait to get my money back, So not only do I have starving kids at home waiting for birthday pizza , I wasted time gas and they shouldn’t have had it open without employees this is ridiculous. Not how to run a business. Now my guests can’t eat until 11:00 o’clock . And I have to purchase it all over again. Now what if I didn’t. Have the money to purchase the food again, I have to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund.All I have to say is this is a terrible way to run a business.Very unhappy with this situation.

Parking: There's not very many parking spots in their parking lot because it's shared with couple different businesses. So it is kind of hard to find parking right off the bat.

The laziest bunch of misfits in Milwaukee, these guys close at least a half hour before their advertised time. This doesn’t happen once in a while. This happens everyday, these are the same people that make 15 bucks an hour. They cuss in front of my children they are lazy unproductive and carry themselves in an awful manner. This place should be closed down to save the brand.

Ordered around 6:30 pm today as Im writing this review as the time says 7:51 pm and the order said ready at 7:24 pm yet still haven't gotten my order or food there are better pizza places anywhere else like Maria's pizza or pizza hut or even Domino's or papa johns my point is never go to this Little

Onlines were shut off today, but I understand because they get slammed with onlines and get back up for 3 hours. So I took my time to go to the store and place my order. 2 others waiting as well but only had to wait not even 10 minutes to get my pizzas and crazy bread! So they have there good days and bad days, today I had a good experience :) and the woman taking the orders was very sweet and let everyone know their wait times!!

This place should be shut down! Is no one reading these comments??? I just had the worst experience there. I placed an online order at 2pm to be ready by 3:30. At 3:30 i arrive with 4 small children and the doors are locked. I knock n some teenager answers saying they are closed, even though the sign says open till 10pm. I said i made an online order and already paid and would like to pick it up. He locked the door again and “goes to check” where I can see him messing around with another teen. He comes back saying there was no order in their system and he cant help me and locks the door again. At this point I’m waiting 15 mins in the cold and I knock again saying I either want my food or a refund. It took him another 15 minutes to answer and let me in, while 5 other people were gathered outside either trying to also pick up orders or complaining about what they got. I saw no manager on staff and this service and behavior is ridiculous for a retail chain. Someone needs to look into this location immediately.

I can't speak about other customers experience,but this is a very busy establishment , I personally saw the employees running around like a chicken with their heads cut off, trying to make these orders, they are doing their best, customers just need to understand how much of a demanding job they are asked to do, please try to understand what they are going Thur, and cut them a little slack

2 stars to the food because service and atmosphere is the worst.... I went to pick my order at 10pm because they close at 10:30pm I ordered I just went to pick it up. I can see my order from the window and the employees refused to give me my order because the close at 10pm when website and door outside say 10:30 pm. I lost my order and money.

Store earns its 1 star. Waited an hour for my order, had to ask where it was. They said they ran out of dough and had to refund. Then served people who came in after me. ?

Had a bad shift handoff. 3 employees walked out not prepping any orders filled in the morning. There was 10 ppl in the lobby waiting for orders made up to 5hrs ago.Manager on duty was nice about it and got things under way quickly. Most ppl were waiting over an hour. This place needs better employees.
