Ordered food on the app. I get there and they pull my order up on the screen. They tell me to go to the first window. Then pull up and wait for my orders. That they can’t find. Even those they pulled it up on the screen when I got there. I had to go into the lobby to show my order on the app. Finally get my prefer. I get home and I’m missing some food. I call them and they tell me to come back and get it. It’s not like I live around the corner. Worst McDonald’s ever.

HORRIBLE!!! I got there at 340am to get some fries and they said they are only taking mobile and doordash orders so, I downloaded the app and came back around at 345am and they said they are not taking anymore orders till 4am and then it will be breakfast time. I waited and came back around at 4am and then they said they are off work and have I to wait for the 5am crew. Very trash experience.

Drive thru guy was nice as hell. So was the girl with the glasses. They both were really nice to my dog, who loves going through drive thrus.
Also my coffee is perfect thank you!

More employees walking around talking than working, on a normal evening this ladies in the back are heard bickering in the back & talking about talking who isn’t there & who calls in on a regular base. I hate going to this location, but this is the most convenient location @ this time. Waited 25 minutes for a Snap-Wrap combo, & nobody was there when I walked in. Someone was even sleeping in the dirty lobby. This location @ 83rd in National is terrible!!!!!

I had the worst experience at McDonald's today on 84th & Greenfield Ave. in West Allis. I waited a half hour for a drive-thru order for a Big Mac and some chicken nuggets. It seemed like everyone else through the drive-thru and others waiting got their food, I was ignored. I went into the restaurant to complain and still got the wrong food and an attitude when I left. I've been going to this McDonald's for over 25 years, and never had such a bad experience. Maybe they need to retrain their staff to figure out how to serve customers in proper order, not based on what they ordered. I know it's fast food, but when you pay $15 for it, you expect better service.
