Drinks had mold in them.
Food is good but the self order kiosks are ALWAYS out of receipt paper. Then NOBODY behind the counter seems to know how to get you a copy of the receipt. Train your people for God's sake.

In today's time of difficulty finding good help this place appears to have a manager that actually takes pride in doing her job- refreshing -Being short-staffed she calmly and efficiently made the restaurant operate as intended

Whoever is the shift in the cashier area need to be replaced. When the order machine is occupied by customers She choose to ignore the waitline. And there are customers come to the cashier section to oder and she ignores them. Someone from the kitchen has to come out to help. I am talking about the blue shirt girl. I feel bad for people work with her. If she is the manager, the customers and the workers will be so upset.
I may get one out of 10 good service days

I just stopped in to use the restroom.
Food is great, service was a bit sketchy the last few visits.... especially the cashier wiping her nose immediately before handing me my change...eww...but overall a good MC D's

Waited almost 29 minutes for a happy meal. While waiting to pay at the window, witnessed the manager and another coworker yelling and throwing food at each other.
Didn’t give me my receipt, maybe so I didn’t have the time stamps or the review code?

got a big mac through the app, picked it up curbside. it was hot, not messy, and great flavor to the burger. 10/10

They gave me the wrong order and I called the restaurant 5 times no answer.
Horrible customer service experience today, Sunday, August 31st at 9:10 pm. I was served by a very rude girl with light eyes. I paid for two hamburgers and only received one. I explained what happened and she was very rude. What poor service for such a popular food franchise. They should observe how they treat customers.

They are so slow and so loud, they act like they’re in a lounge where they can just chat super loud and had us waiting for way too long. It’s giving ratchet.
