One of the worst McDonald's I ever been to. There is no just customer service what so ever. If you say thank you or have a nice day the response you'll get is a blank stare and close the window. The food is cold and heaven forbid they get your order wrong and you say something. This most recent time I had to pull around and wait for my food. The waiting time wasn't too long a but some random person - not in uniform came out to hand me my food. They need a whole new staff in opinion!

3erd time I stopped here i use to like to come her but it has definitely changed im not talking about the morning but the afternoon employees definitely need some customer service upgrades the attitudes are terrible the food is cold and let's say disgusting I am i hope that the owner takes time to read this and takes back what made mcDonald's famous.

Do not go here I got my debit information stolen in drive through
Place an online order 30 minutes before arrival. I even stopped and got a full tank of gas before I got there. My order consists of a double cheeseburger, no Ketchup, extra pickles, onions, and an unsweetened tea. I was surprised because of the location, but I was not surprised because it's McDonald's, and my food wasn't even ready. I had to wait. I said what was the point of ordering online. A customer behind me in line says, "This location is the worst! I only come here because I spend time with my daughter, who lives nearby." I just shook my head, paid for her French fries, and left after getting my food.

Always a mess and nobody ever wants to help you. They act like you're a bird in the minute you walk in. The manager's always eating or on break and the girl at the counter always has and if there's somebody in drive through their helping you and the drive-thru at the same, they're not really paying attention to the orders. It's probably why they get everything wrong. It's really.

On 12/9 around 11:40 Waited for a drive thru order parked. Food came out fast but the employee who handed it off was literally on a personal phone call on her cell phone. Did not say a word to me but continued her conversation on her phone. Hispanic girl with hair up. Manager needs to address this. We frequent this location often because of it being near our house. Usually the staff is pretty good. But this was unprofessional and uncalled for.

TRASH service at night. Placed an order on the app at 10:41PM, (done this plenty of times), however, when I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:47PM, no answer at all. Waited another 5-7mins on drive thru and still no greetings. Mind you this is just a very small order - 10 nuggets & 1 sandwich (no meal). Other cars then started pulling up and no acknowledgement to them at all too. Decided to pull up to the drive thru window and saw no activity or anyone working. Canceled the order and drove off and realized there’s only one car in the parking lot. I won’t reveal the make/model. This location usually does good when I pull up, but damn, at least put a sign by the drive through or something saying y’all closing early. Waste of people’s time you know. If a sign had been posted initially about closing early, this review wouldn’t have been posted.

Drew the last straw with this location. Tonight drive through speaker employee was rude and short but took the order. The drive through window employee was unprofessional and mumbled. Took my card and gave me my food. Handed the last shake and said “that’s it” and closed the window. I pulled forward for my wife to notice they forgot 1 burger and my card. She went inside to go get my CC and the receipt and the extra burger. Very rude inside employees and all they said was you only were charged for 1 and just stared at my wife after handing the card back. Wife could not deal with how horrible she was treated and just walked away. We ordered a filet o fish and it was on the wrong bun and the fries were horrible.

The self order kiosk never have receipt paper in them.If there's a problem with my order I can't even show a receipt.
I can always tell which girl messes up my coffee. Al you gotta do is add a little more caramel and actually MIX it up.

We were in & out in minutes & staff was friendly. I didn't have anything to eat or drink except half of a hash browns & they tasted ok to me.
