Omg, I placed my order through the app waiting in line to only wait another 15-20 min on the side for my meal. Then I requested no breakfast sauce and when I asked the rep in the drive through to confirm no sauce she said yes. I received my meal and my sandwich had extra sauce. This location says it’s open till 11, but I’ve gone at 10:45 and they are already closed. I am going to start to drive further down the road for my purchase. So disappointing

Had to wait 4-5 minutes parked at slot 1 for my app order. I was given old, dried out, inedible mcnuggets. When I called I was told I'd have to come back and drag the bad food with me. The person on the phone said if I don't want old, expired food I need to make a special request. Terrible

Ordered ahead to pick up at the counter. Order sat for 15 minutes and got cold even though we were waiting at the counter. I wanted a refund or replacement and manager said had to do that through the app. I did a complaint through the app and the email said a refund has to be done at the store.
