Poor customer service. I always do the survey for McDonald and I was going to order the same thing I do every time, get a meal and then the sandwich would be the free one for the survey. She refuse to make a transaction making me not order and loose a sale rather then taking the time to making it right. So much about teaching the staff the correct way. Did not use the BLAST system her eagle as a manager. Please fix , they lost me for this location .

Went into the lobby placed our order an employee came out and told us they were closing the lobby early and our food would have to be to go when we had already paid and placed it to eat there on google it says their open till 11 don’t know if this is franchise or corporate but I will be making some inquiries figuring it out never have I felt more unvalued as a customer

My food was fresh and hot but the employees are disrespectful and lazy. I ordered a water with my meal when I received it my water tasted like dirt I politely asked for a bottled water Instead and was told that’s how the water come out and it’s a charge to get a bottle water😒lol okay then I asked for a sprite instead and was told I have to pay for that as well. I just feel like If it’s not my fault the water taste nasty why do I have to pay extra for a replacement I don’t care how much it was it’s a inconvenience especially since it’s not my fault

absolutely disgusting, the play area looks like it's never been cleaned, the family restroom is out of order so I take my son to change him in the mens room it's so so bad I don't even want to enter the changing table is barely attached to the wall the toilet is overflowed n just so so gross. never again
