absolutely disgusting, the play area looks like it's never been cleaned, the family restroom is out of order so I take my son to change him in the mens room it's so so bad I don't even want to enter the changing table is barely attached to the wall the toilet is overflowed n just so so gross. never again

Wanted to make a small order in the drive through nobody ever answered my call while waiting at the order speaker. Went inside and no one was paying attention to the order counter whatsoever. Store is very understaffed and horrible service

We go here a lot since it's down the block and again today they messed up our order... Me my wife and 2 kids get home and one of my kids happy meals doesn't even have chicken nuggets in it.... Not sure who's running this locating but that's garbage and in a happy meal for a kid the workers should be ashamed.... Well be going to Taco Bell or a different mc Donald's for now on.

Terrible....25 minutes to wait just to let them know we were there for a mobile pick up. Had to Call the store just to get service at the front counter and was told they were backed up with one car in the drive thru! The employee response started with "first of all".... I guess when employees don't make a desired wage all the customers get is terrible service. Last time I will visit this location. High recommend for anyone to choose a different location or different food chain! Just a super terrible experience, especially when you have a hungry child!

Pulled in and parked on the side to load the app. Seen 3 cars go through order and get their orders. Pulled up to order and no one answered at all I waited for 3 or 4 minutes. So then I went to the other drive up wait 3 or 4 more minutes. Same thing no answer. So I pull around to leave. I could see 2 people standing inside. I take the way out around the building and see the manager Julie standing there smoking. I just left they don't want to work their just getting paid to stand around. What a great manager to let them do that when they still have 3 hours before they close.

i usually get egg mcmuffins, well today i got them with rotten egg.. didn’t notice till i was almost done with the first one.
This place sucks. Ordered online via the app. Arrived to the speaker at 10:31. And was told they could not make my order. You mean to tell me, at 10:31 with a customer at your drive through window, you cant go in the back grab a bagel, cheese, egg, and bacon, and whip it together? Genuinely customer service is dead. And I no longer patronize this location. This is just ONE example of many issues I've had with this Mcdonalds. Also their prices are disgusting. I started going to Wendys personally. They actually till have 1$ any size soda.

So my wife and I decided to dine in. Very rare. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take are order. So instead we stepped over to the kiosk and placed are order. First of all it says on kiosk o take a seat and your food would be delivered to your table. So when are order was ready the lady yells out our number that are food was ready. So we get up and get our food. We start going through our order things were wrong. Wrong sauce for the nuggets. Tried the new chicken big mac and had no Mac sauce on it. So now it's another trip to the counter. Ask for Mac sauce and the nugget sauce. The lady was very rude. I could keep going on about this place. OK one more thing. They don't have soda machine in lobby anymore. Was afraid to go ask for a refill.
