service was good, and friendly. But both me and my husband didn't like the pizza. We got a 14" cheese sausage onion. the big pieces of onion were crunchy raw, also dry, there barely any sauce, and the crust was over cooked and hard.

We went here Saturday afternoon to celebrate my friend’s birthday. It is absolutely beautiful inside and you definitely need to dine in. Heather was absolutely amazing, kind, attentive and provided fantastic service. The food was all delicious! We did the cheese, saus, mushroom onion pizza and then cheese, saus and black olives. Highly recommend both. The garlic bread was delicious, as were the desserts. We will definitely be going back!

We had my sister’s Surprise Birthday party here and had the best time! The hall was perfect, food was delicious and the service was incredible! After we packed up from the party we moved out into the main bar area and enjoyed cocktails and karaoke before heading home.

Staying at a nearby hotel. The hotel recommended Nico's. Which i am glad they did. It had great pizza and appetizers. Definitely would go there again.

Excellent pizza place. Garlic bread was good, but the marina was amazingly good (flavorful not salty). Group of 8 no wait on a Saturday night. Pizza, burgers, pasta, buffalo thighs, fries, and marinara were all excellent. No complaints. Server caught an error in the order and fixed it before it became an issue. Thanks!

Fantastic overall experience. Each server that passed our table saw my 2-year-old daughter and said 'I have something for her' and came back with crayons, Halloween candy, a prize bin, cupcakes. I mean, it was a revolving door of friendliness. Music was getting setup, and at least 2 people informed us of kid night on Wednesdays with Disney music, face painting, prizes and more. The food was delicious - especially the Firecracker!! - and I really enjoyed how the sauce/toppings went almost all the way to the edge and the meat on both pizzas was abundant. For a random drop-in, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by a fantastic dining experience.

Had the Sharp Dressed Man specialty pizza for takeout. Pizza was extremely flavorful. The meat toppings were abundant. Two things I will point out and this is very subjective. Pizza needs more cheese and crust could be crisper. Other than that it's a really good pizza that I will try again. Service was very friendly. Prices are fair. A good foodie experience.

We recently decided to stop by Nico’s Pizza on National in West Allis for a Sunday family lunch after frequently passing by and seeing great reviews online. We had to experience it ourselves, and it did not disappoint!

We started with a variety of appetizers: Parmesan garlic fries, mozzarella medallions (Italian-breaded mozzarella topped with balsamic glaze, fresh basil, and tomatoes), and cheesy garlic bread. Everything was absolutely delicious! The mozzarella medallions were crispy on the outside, with a savory balance of balsamic and basil, and the garlic bread was the perfect mix of crunch and cheesy goodness. Even our pickiest eaters couldn’t stop raving about each bite and declared it one of the best pizza places they’ve ever tried in Wisconsin.

For our main dishes, we ordered two large thin-crust pizzas—one build your own sausage and pepperoni, and the other was their magnificent portobello and sausage. The pizzas were perfectly done with a crispy, satisfying crust. The portobello pizza had a unique flavor with its rich tomato base, thick-sliced mozzarella, and huge, juicy portobello slices, with the basil tying it all together beautifully.

Our waitress, Lala, made our experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and quick to bring everything we needed. The restaurant itself was spacious, with plenty of seating options, and even had a small event space perfect for hosting small gatherings or intimate dinners.

Overall, Nico’s is a must-try! It’s hands down one of the best pizza places I’ve been to, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
