We felt that the cream puffs were from over night. Puffs were stale, cream was weepy, the Irish cream seemed to have an off chemical taste.

To be honest, I kind of miss the 2 building system that State Fair used to have, but I get it: progress, blah, blah, blah.... This new building is a vast improvement over the old 2 building system, with a TON more exhibition space, bathrooms (still need to work on that one, though), and food and beverage vendors. The parking can be a bit tricky, but not terrible. During the fair, it allows for much more room going up and down the aisles. For various other events, it's just more roomy....no more feeling like the ceiling is going to come crashing down on you. Folk Fair comes to mind, and I love how the building can be partitioned off into different sections: shopping, eating , dancing, displays. The Home and Garden Show allows for some businesses to have elaborate setups that really show off what their business can do. From shoes, boats, dinosaurs, cars, Lego shows, and more, this building really can accommodate just about anything, so I'm happy to see that there is a exposition type building closer to the suburbs, as well. It's nice to see the variety of events held here throughout the year, and I really need to get to more of them! 40/2023

I love cream puffs every year of the fair really ! My favorite really! You need to bring back the eclares . They were missing last year and the year before that . My friend was upset about the eclares not being there. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

Tripoli Shrine Circus - Wisconsin State Fair Park Total garbage event. Seating is in a big oval event center But the main Circus Ring is in the center. So if your not in the center it's hard to see anything. Overall boring with dancers, cat act, elephant walking around and giving rides, buffalo riders, etc. No clowns or trapezes setup, not much for animals. Some juggling and speakers loud you couldn't understand a word with the echo noise etc. Stayed 1hr and left, kids hated it too because of no animals, clowns etc. Tons of family leaving early annoyed and disappointed.

Got tickets through Yelp for Jurassic Quest. I have never seen anything like this. Robotic full-size animatronic dinosaur replicas. Each exhibit had a brief explanation and bio for each variety. They had dinosaur activities, rides, and souvenirs for the kiddies. They also had a couple live shows that were very interesting. All in all a very informative and entertaining venue. Plenty of parking on Fairground. Concession stands location, selling soft drinks, beer, wine coolers, popcorn, hotdogs and hamburgers. A bit pricey, but everything is inflated nowadays. We really had a good time. Thank you very much Jessica J for the opportunity!

We had tickets for 2 creampuffs and we were going to buy 3 more (the ticket even said we could pick them up at the quick stop locations) we stopped there and said we couldn't get the individuals from there (even though the printed ticket said we could redeem it there) so we had to backtrack through the whole fair to the central location, we bought a 3 pack, and used the tickets for the 2 additional ones, and they refused to put them into a box for us and only gave the 3 pack in a box, and the 2 on plated, so ill we could get was little bags that smashed the cream puffs in them.. We had this issue last year, but this year the tickets did say we could redeem at the creampuff quick stop and yet again we were told they couldn't give us individuals and wouldn't let us buy 1 more to make it a 3 pack..
