Slowest panara ive ever been to. For food and for doordash. Youl wait at the very least an extra 10mins after it says your orders supposed to be ready and then this is thr state of my bag the food was in.
Majority of the time when I go into the location, there is not someone at the register. The last time I went in there were major problems. The manager had to be called over and he claimed that he fixed the problems and then we had to call him again and then he claimed it was fixed again. I just want to head and I grab my food and left. I couldn't believe it when I went into the bag to give my friend the soup that I got them and it was broccoli cheese not chili. I presume the other one was chili because it looked reddish through the plastic top. I have an issue with my stomach and all I want to do is eat that chili and I opened the top and it happens to be a Dipper of tomato soup. Which was barely any food. There are some other mistakes. I did contact the manager and he did try to fix the problem by giving me a gift certificate and that's all fine and dandy. But I'm not expecting to be getting things that I didn't order and less than to then later have the restaurant have to pay for their mess ups. I really do like Panera. But these things should not be happening.

We were the only customer in the store yet the food took 20 minutes. The employees are so busy hanging out they forgot to start making the food after we ordered.

What a good experience I had here. Super clean super fast. Natasha took care of me she was absolutely fantastic so observant to my needs. Definitely will be back thank you!!

The place had low items. When using the star soda button it would stick on. Which means soda doesnt get broken down and clean. No napkins in the napkin canister on counter. Full of unclean plates on top of trash can make me feel its not clean. Idk not busy either. Idk

Panera is such a great place for fresh food, quick, friendly service, and a great place to hang out. I highly recommend the Sip Club for a great beverage value!

Not even 9 AM and they were almost out of every kind of bagel. I expected to have some sort of variety but had to choose between two types. Not only were there a lack of choices, but the choices I did have were underproved and stodgy. Also paid what I find is a little pricey to serve myself coffee. Six bagels and three coffees SHOULD NOT be $35.00.

8am with no selection of bagels. The bagels they had didn’t look too appealing. Staff was nice and did apologized. For the amount I money I paid to serve myself a competitor coffee shops sounds better

Wanted so broccoli cheese soup drove all the way from West Allis and there was no soup. Also it was mid day which was sad. You have to do better you are Panera Bread.
Nobody to take my order so I had to use the touch screen which doesn’t have everything on the menu. Wanted a large green tea but you can only get regular. This location was out of broccoli soup and baguettes and it wasn’t even 3pm. I ordered 2 bowls of chicken wild rice soup and was given 2 cups even though I paid for the larger size. The food we received tasted good but was just not a great experience.

The staff member at the counter was friendly but clearly had not been trained well. All of the staff members seemed very young and inexperienced. There did not appear to be a manager or an experienced staff member present. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a smoothie. The person taking my order was very confused about how to put the order in the computer. He accidentally charged me for a tub of cream cheese rather than a bagel tasted with cream cheese. It took about minutes to get the order (it was not very busy). When I got the order I looked in the bag and it was just a bagel tasted (not toasted and with no cream cheese). It took another 5-10 minutes to get the correct order but had to leave with a cold bagel. Didn’t have time to wait anymore. I hope this location invests in more training for their employees and having a manager who is helping them to be successful employees.

The service here is very poor, no welcome or acknowledgment of being a guest. Slow service even when you order just a cup of coffee. It’s a nice store with a good cafe vibe, but just doesn’t have the staff to make it feel like a good experience.
