Terrible customer service! Placed an order said it was going to be delivered at 4 am. I called to see if they received my order. I gave him my name for the order and before I could say anything else the guy says it’s in the oven and immediately hangs up nothing else. I never received my order. I called back multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. The delivery guy texted me later saying that restaurant had said that the food was missing. No wonder they have terrible reviews.

The most unhelpful and borderline rude service I've ever had. Called to check the status of an order that showed an error on the app saying it was going to be delivered at 5 in the morning and was met with apathy. I just wish I had gotten the name of the person who answered the phone.

I paid for a side peperocini for $2 and the gave me ONE ti y one. And I clearly stated I want HALF mushrooms and onions they put it on the whole thing so my son won’t eat it. And there is NO way they allow you to have a complaint for Uber

100% the worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from and I've been ordering Papa Johns for over 25 years. I've ordered from this store twice in the past two years that I have been living in WI again.
The first time, the food was all cold and subpar. The delivery had been handed off to a 'doordash' deliverer who didn't even have a pizza bag to keep the food hot. My multiple pizzas and Cheese Sticks were literally delivered vertically. One of my two pizzas had the Parmesan Romano Blend and the other had extra cheese. Neither of these happened, which was easy to tell both by flavor and the incredibly dry pizza. The cheesesticks were also the driest I had ever experienced.
About 18 months later I figured I would give this location another shot. It was exactly the same, except my food at least arrived horizontally. 6 cheese 'Tuscan' cheese sticks were dry as heck and without much cheese. Regular pizza with extra cheese AND Parmesan Romana Blend was completely dry and missing cheese, AND BBQ Chicken Pizza with Extra Cheese thin crust, did indeed not have any extra cheese.
This location blows and there is a reason why their ratings are low. I pay for the extras and expect to get them. Will not be returning to this subpar location, nor should anyone else. The franchisee is apparently a crook.

Ordered food on 3/18 first time from this store. Driver delivered our food to the wrong house and offered to go back and get it from that house. I asked for the food to be remade and he insisted to go pick it up. Didn’t want to get into it with the guy, so called the store.
Manager picked up and I mentioned what happened. Said nothing other than, “okay I will cancel the order. Have a great night.” Immediately hung up.
Unbelievably poor service. Won’t be back.

Stopped in for a carryout, the counter person told me to order online or no specials. So I did. She said 8-10 minutes. 20 minutes later of listening to her and her employee cussing and saying the n word over and over and I finally got my pizza. Both white people by the way. Do better. Seriously.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. We ordered delivery, was told twenty minutes for the food to be made and delivered. We then realized that this restaurant uses DoorDash for delivery, so we had to wait on a dasher to actually accept the order. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half to actually get our food.
