Ordered food on 3/18 first time from this store. Driver delivered our food to the wrong house and offered to go back and get it from that house. I asked for the food to be remade and he insisted to go pick it up. Didn’t want to get into it with the guy, so called the store.
Manager picked up and I mentioned what happened. Said nothing other than, “okay I will cancel the order. Have a great night.” Immediately hung up.
Unbelievably poor service. Won’t be back.

Stopped in for a carryout, the counter person told me to order online or no specials. So I did. She said 8-10 minutes. 20 minutes later of listening to her and her employee cussing and saying the n word over and over and I finally got my pizza. Both white people by the way. Do better. Seriously.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. We ordered delivery, was told twenty minutes for the food to be made and delivered. We then realized that this restaurant uses DoorDash for delivery, so we had to wait on a dasher to actually accept the order. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half to actually get our food.

I've never had a problem with the pizzas. Always cooked right. They need to work on their customer service a bit, though. Don't keep me guessing if I'll ever get my order. If I'm still standing their 50 minutes past the time the pizza was supposed to be ready, and 20 minutes after the app said the pizza was ready, give me some assurance that my order is actually being worked on, and how much time before it's actually ready. I was number 141 and folks with number 170 and higher were walking in getting their orders. I was either ignored or just brushed off every time I asked for an update. Now they're on my 6 month ban list. Thankfully Pizza Hut is off my ban list or I'd be royally screwed ;-)

I won't be ordering pizza from this Papa John's restaurant anymore cuz I ordered with a phone call they told me 30 minutes, I drove there and it wasn't ready, they didn't even start making it yet haha, that I had to wait another 30 minutes..... The call center needs to get their act together so to have better customer service!! 4 years ago I gave them a 5 Star review, until things start to change it will remain 1 Star ⭐ If it takes 1 hour tell the customer 1 hour not 30 minutes! The pizza was good except I had to update my review on the timeline of waiting for the order! I called at 7:01pm and received the pizza at 8:23pm so you can decide if you want to order your pizza from Papa John's. The worst part of it all was they gave me the wrong pizza, I ordered 5 ingredients on the entire pizza not half sausage, I mean I explained everything clearly to the man talking my order on the phone.

Hard workers at this Papa John’s, food is always hot, ready on time, correct, and the workers are friendly even when they are stressed. It makes it feel a little less corporate owned.

It's 10:56 pm and I Am giving 5 stars to the guy & Cook that's on shift RIGHT NOW. I placed an order for over $45 and the door dash driver ran off with my order and marked it as delivered? This guy remade my order after I stressed that I didn't want a refund and I didn't want a courtesy order, I just wanted my food. He didn't fuss or argue with me he just told me it would be about 30-40 minutes and when I arrived my order was made fresh and he handed right to me. I Did Reassure him to contact door dash and report that driver, because that was actually very bummy for them to run off with my order.. But again this Guy made my night and I got my meal so I have no complaints .
