Asked for vanilla sweet cream cold brew, was overcharged ($5.80) then left this much room. Took a sip and asked if it was cold brew and she said yes. I told her it tasted like iced coffee and she said “yeah, we’re out of cold brew.”

This is one of the friendliest Starbucks. The staff greets you right away and thanks you when you leave. The coffee is good and consistent with other stores.
I am not a coffee drinker at all but love me a Chai tea. I have gotten Chai tea lattes at Starbucks for years at many different stores. And I order it the same each time. So you think they would taste the same right? BUT many times there is difference in the taste. I am not sure why. Today though takes the cake. I treated myself today on Mothers day to a latte. Which is a big deal as I have been unemployed without an income for 13 months. Now don't get on my case for spending the $ on this. You see I saved up my fetch points to earn a $25 gift card and choose Starbucks so I could have a non-guilt treat now and then. Today my gift to me is so wasted. I pulled away took a sip and that was okay. But when I got to drinking it fulIy I was so VERY disappointed, aggravated and mad. It was the worst Chai tea I have had. i,tried stirring it up but it taste like watered down milk. No nice Chai taste to it at all and I order it with an extra pump of Chai. Could i have gone back going out of my way to do so? Sure, but I was already a few miles away in a differet diretion needing to meet up with family. This isn't one location I frequent as its not near me. What a waste and expensive one at that, of my "treat me" Chai. Won't be going to that site again.
