Came here for lunch and got exceptional service. Tony, the manager, insisted on carrying our tray of food for us to our table. The food was freshly prepared and delicious.

Seriously? They close at 11pm and I went through the drive thru at 10:15 on a SATURDAY Night and they claimed they weren't taking orders anymore. If I was the owner I would definitely get new employees. Won't be surprised when this taco john closes too. If the owner is reading this i went on sat night 9-27. Now you know what employees are making you lose money and refusing customers.

This gentleman did not have to serve me, it was a couple minutes after closing I told him I was on the motorcycle and I was having a problem because I haven't eaten for a while this gentleman was fantastic Whoever has the opportunity to gain him as part of their team should take it. This guy's going places thank you for serving me when my blood sugar was low you might have saved my life👍

Very friendly and gracious service, and food came out quickly! Restaurant was clean: floors, benches, counters, tables, drink area, etc. Ordered inside on a Sunday afternoon and ordered smoothly on the screen at the register. Food was hot and made correctly. Will come back!
Every single time I go to this place, they mess up my order. Missing items or wrong items. Not to mention the cashiers have zero customer service skills, no communication, just put food on the counter and walk away without saying who it’s for or what it is.

Just ate here gave me me massive diarrhea. Which i was expecting. Cant stop farting though which is really disturbing my family. They had to check into a motel being that the house was gassed out of control. Im pretty scared i might fill my underwear but hopefully not. Great service great food ill be back for mote delicious meals

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but something needed to be said, as I was unable to return to this location for a refund. My husband and I order from this location weekly since they've opened. Today was the first time it's been so horrible. Normally it's great....my fave fast food, actually. The potatoes were upside down in the bag and ice cold, but the worst part was ordering and PAYING for extra beef, and getting virtually NONE! My tacos were all shell and lettuce with a touch of beef, and my husbands burritos were all tortilla. NO extra beef....hardly any beef at all. I will call management about this matter, but now I also will have to unwrap every item before leaving the restaurant. Just seems like too much trouble when Taco Bell is just up the street.

I spent over $14 on a less than satisfying meal. I purchased the Taco Salad, Potato Oles, and a Churo. The Taco Salad was almost completely shredded lettuce with maybe 2 tablespoons of meat, and a slight sprinkle of diced tomatoes, very little cheese. The tortilla bowl was totally inedible to the point of gross. The Potato Oles were cold. I was so disappointed with my meal that I ended up throwing it away after a few bites. I used to love Taco John's food, but the quality is definitely Not what it used to be.
