I can’t recommend them enough- the initial Zoom call was great, we really felt like they wanted to get to know us and our vibe so they could best match it. We attended one of their tastings and it was very well organized and the food was phenomenal- all options! It just confirmed our choices and made us even more excited for the big day. During cocktail hour, they made sure we got to try every app. During dinner, our lead caterer Betsy personally made sure we had drinks and apps at our sweetheart table and checked on us the perfect amount. Our guests raved about the food- especially the short ribs and maple glazed carrots. The set up and clean up was so smooth I never even noticed it. We had a special milk request for our dessert table and they made it happen no problem. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for your wedding!

I'm a vegetarian and my husband loves meat, so finding a caterer that could do both well was very important to us. Before we even went in for a tasting we had a good feeling about them just based on the number of options they had, but the tasting really cemented them as our top choice. We stuck with a pretty simple menu, but each dish was done so well and the flavors were fantastic, and we have received so many compliments on the food alone from our guests. The team is also very helpful answering any questions you may have with planning, and are super accommodating of any food concerns/allergies and dietary restrictions. The linen and china rental companies they work with also provide some really great options, which helped make planning a little less complicated because we didn't need to find those vendors on our own.

We advised them of serious nut allergies at the very beginning and they made sure to help us build the menu based on this to prevent any possible reactions among our guests. Most of my family has nut allergies so it is a huge concern for us. They also did great modifying meals to fit other dietary restrictions that we mentioned on our rsvp cards. They left my husband and I plates of the passed apps at our dinner table so we could enjoy them when we were finally seated since we didn't get to have any during cocktail hour. One of my guests loved the mashed potatoes so much she asked if there was extra and they came back to her with a huge plate of leftovers. I loved hearing that they didn't waste them and worked hard to make my guests happy. Our coordinator Sophie stopped during the service to introduce herself and make sure we had everything we needed. Truly incredible experience working with them. The tasting was great and they gave us leftovers. they also offer the chance to order additional appetizers before the wedding to try if you change your mind about your selection. You can order them to go and they recommend a bar in the area to go to and enjoy them with a cocktail. I would recommend them 100% to anyone planning an event. We also went to a wedding for a friend that used them as a caterer and they said the same thing about their experience. They planned their wedding from California but hosted it in Milwaukee so having reputable vendors was so important for them. They were excited to hear we had the same caterer knowing that no matter what we served it would be high quality and delicious. They also gifted us a bottle of their own BBQ sauce at the end of the night and left it in our hotel room for us. I almost wish to redo this whole experience to have their short ribs again!
