Love the tea at this place makes, but I just tried to go there and I think it’s now closed. There seems to be a coffee shop in place of it, but that was confusing because they were open signs by the light for us and the doors were locked.

I've been trying for months to get at least 10 ish free flex 12 CT bags at a number of grocery stores (sendiks) the sales rep doesn't leave them, I don't buy things online so shipping isn't an option. Sad the tea is very expensive n I'm willing to pay but I can't pick it up anywhere, and there is no answer when calling what I thought was a business phone number what is one to do to obtain these items once again I don't shop online for anything absolutely nothing, got $150 to spend on tea that I can't get anywhere

Even before tasting the tea I bought, I had a very friendly experience with this company. The ordering process was so smooth, the hardest part was limiting myself so I wouldn't spend all my money. When I placed my order, they were in the process of moving locations. Yet even through that, they kept me updated with my order and even left a handwritten note on the receipt inside the package. It felt very personable to me and I will definitely be buying from here again.

My new favorite tea's! Thoughtfully crafted flavors. I ordered a bunch of different flavors both medicinal and of course for morning, getting my day started. I must say I am so very impressed, the ones specifically for medicinal uses even taste good. Which is hard to find the good balance of flavor and health. I got a few specifically for my morning caffeine and even those have a great variety of herbs and sure are delicious!! Top 3 - Fresh start, Kiwi Strawberry and Stress Out!! I usually only find 1 maybe two for each tea company that try. But Urbal Tea well.. I love almost all the ones I ordered. Nice job! You can tell the love that was put into making these.
Such a cozy spot! Emily is really kind and always makes great suggestions on teas. Also, love that they carry mushroom tinctures as add-ons!

Love this place! The vibe here is very cool and comfortable. I felt very welcome and enjoyed my conversation with the employee. The tea was AMAZINGLY delicious and made right there! I had the brain booster tea ? and a delicious carrot muffin. I plan to make this a regular place to meet friends and for work meetings. Thanks Urbal Tea for being so awesome!
