Staff were efficient, food was good (especially the fries, which were hot, and crisp on the outside). Interior was clean, although could use some updating. However, the restaurant was very cold! I wore my winter coat throughout the meal but was still cold.

Slowly this place has gone down hill. It used to have great service, yet every time I return the wait becomes longer and longer. Just today we waited for 15 minutes and I counted at least 6 cars that left the line due to the wait. By the time we did get to taking our order, we spoke to a person briefly before getting ghosted. We waited for another 3 minutes before leaving.
While our past visits have not been this poor, the service in past has hardly been anything but subpar at this location. Just go to the Culver's nearby

I've been to this Wendy's during the day and it has always been really good never had any complaints but today after a long day of work i decided to drive from the north side to west allis to get some food since is always fresh and good but dont know what happened with the chilly but I this yall forgot to put meat in it 🙄 very disappointing

CHECK YOUR ORDER! I have been scammed out of several frostees' and drinks, because they don't give them to the dashers. Everytime I've had food from here, it is ALWAYS COLD. I don't know how, but the burgers are nearly burned black, and they're never warm enough to melt the cheese. You're better off eating a gas station sandwich, than ordering from this location.
Some workers are great. But alot.are disrespectful and lazy! I'm a regular morning coffee drinker here so I've been thru a lot here .

Never been to a Wendy's that didn't have tea. Fries were old and burnt (see pic). The burger tasted like they haven't cleaned their grill in quite a while. Horrible aftertaste. I will NEVER eat here again and hope I don't get sick. I would AVOID this location unless they hire a new manager or get a new owner.
