My husband agrees that the duck fat burger is one of the best he’s ever had! I love the vegetarian fat noodles they’ve had on the menu during the winter season, seriously mouth watering.. but pretty spicy (the Thai chilis they put in there are no joke and last time I was crying at the table for a good 25mins because I accidentally ate one), I wish there was a warning about that. The cocktails are good, but not anything fabulous or fancy. We’ve been back once since our first time there a couple months ago!

On cold days they should use only one entrance and they should install a double door for it. Everyone's food at the table had no complaints. My steak could've use some salt and butter, but spinach and fries were awesome. Atmosphere was a bit loud, but service was very good and restaurant was clean.

Great food that exceeded our expectations, props for that. What lacked was the service and atmosphere. Our waitress didn't know much about wine, and we didn't see her much. And a table that had kids, let them do laps back and forth right behind us for an hour of our time there... Its a small place, Instead of one of the waitstaff encouraging that to continue, it would have been nice for them to atleast politely ask them to seat their kids. For the price, we'd hoped for a better experience for date night.

Came on a Saturday late afternoon with family and I was very happy with everything. I know as the waitress was taking orders I had knocked over my drink. She was very polite and reassured me accidents happen, she cleaned table off and got new silverware. I was sad I had lost my drink, but they remade the drink with no extra charged which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast burger with salad The burger was delicious and filling. The salad was good with some sort of vinaigrette which was lovely paired with the burger. The poptart was good though the edges were a bit burnt the filling was delicious! As well as pot de-creme was so light and creamy with blueberries and strawberries. I would definitely come back here.

Inattentive waitress. Took forever to remove appetizer dishes. Never asked if we wanted a cocktail. Took over hour to get food. People next to us came later and received food first. Management could tell we did not have a good experience and said nothing. Food okay so nothing to rave. customers have been

Pack a lot of patience if you go here. Went there on a Tuesday night for my husband’s birthday. Food was overpriced but good. Of course, they were out of the meatballs (at 6:30?) so it started off on a bad note. It did not seem that busy. Gabby, our waitress could not tend to us properly. It took forever to get our dinner order in! Took forever to clear appetizer plates. No clue was she was doing but no sense of urgency at all. Once our order was FINALLY placed, again no follow up. We had to summon a gentlemen by the chef area to get her to our table to find out what was taking so long. The table next to us was served first which was odd. Our experience was a real debbie downer for a birthday celebration. No comped appetizer or anything for our long wait and terrible service. Most places offer a dessert to the birthday person, but none of that either. Gabby should not be training new hires that’s for sure. This place gets a major thumbs down!

Went to the Wild Roots for a business lunch. The food was great when we finally got it. 1:10 mins it took to get the food we ordered. There was only 1 person waiting on the guests and I think only one person in the kitchen. There was only a hand full of people in the restaurant the whole time we where there. We sat down at 11:55. 15 mins to get our order. And another 50 mins or so to get our food.

Excellent choice. A serene respite from the cold. Only had time for soup and dessert but we will be back. The soup was lovely, flavorful with fresh veggies, a well seasoned broth with a bit of a bite, and tender slices of meat. The dessert was simply a cookie but my oh my what a cookie, a real treat, brown butter, semi sweet chocolate, nice texture, fresh whip cream - the perfect amount of decadence.
