Usually very much enjoy wingstop, however, I had the worst food poisoning after eating at this location on 12/15/25. It’s the only thing I ate all day. Would avoid.

My order was messed up and it was through door dash! Butttttttt when I called and talked to the team lead he definitely corrected th problem! Then the manager called me back and assured me! Apologized and corrected the problem! Great customer service and professionalism. Thank you both

Trash. I asked for mild sauce on my wings and one wing was half covered in sauce. Oil in the bottom of my box from the fryers. Front cashier lady was rude. Won’t come back.

I called to order pick up. This is probably the Third time I’ve been told by the same employee that it’s gonna be more than an hour for me to get my food if I order and I know it’s the same employee it’s Tuesday. I’m sure not much is going on. It shouldn’t take an hour for me to order and receive my food. I feel like they don’t want to do Their job at the end of the day or she doesn’t at least she didn’t even say thanks for calling Wingstop or anything. She just hurried up. And said it’s gonna be an hour I can’t believe it. It’s a Tuesday those special events today no excuses. I went to a different location and got my food within 20 minutes. I don’t understand why this Wingstop seems to be so busy on a Tuesday when other Wingstop can make the order within half the time or maybe she was bluffing. I don’t know this needs to get looking into.

Terrible customer service called about a drink being wrong and the lady over the phone had terrible attitude. She said “well all the drinks I’m sending are correct” like dang if you don’t like your job just quit.

Stay away from this location. They claim the cook to order. I placed my order while in the parking lot of the location. The email stated 20 to 25mins for my order. I went into the after 20mins. My order was ready yet it was cold, not lukewarm, not warm nor hot yet they argued that is was cooked to order and I cant have my order remade. My food was precook sitting somewhere not under a heat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Never really go to this part of town and decided to eat in. People were good, food was cooking! Chicken was big and juicy, stayed hot until the very last piece!
The cashier with the blond hair was very rude not just to us but all the customers that were coming in. Her attitude and tone is terrible!
