Use to love this place but after today's order I'm officially done with Wingstop.Not only was my wings delivered cold but it had no sauce on them.Just grease soaking at the bottom. No taste whatsoever and it was very dry to eat.It was like chewing on rawhide.The quality of food has gone down the drain for the money spent.

I came here this evening and destiny was the cashier and I just wanted to say she had the best attitude ever ! Very kind to every person that came inside to get their food. And a family came in that spoke hardly any English every hard to understand she took it like a champ and did was very patient and polite!!! Love her !!

I don’t know who she is but some jumbo chick with a attitude rolled her eyes and was rude. Uniform look unprofessional. Very sloppy. Not a good place to go for food. It is a good thing I took a video. Will contact corporate.

Already shared this on the hales corners wingstop as I’ve tried both locations. Was fed up of getting bugs in my food (both times I went to the hales corners location), so I was hoping West Allis would be better. But nope! Found an earwig when I went to reheat my fries, and later recovered both a part of the head and some legs after already snacking on the fries on the way home. Truly disgusted and disappointed.

This is my favorite Wing Stop location!! The food is always fresh and hot. When Stephanie is here, I know our food will be 100% right! Stephanie knows what she is doing and she is a delightful person.

This is where my teenage kiddo and I have lunch together monthly. His favorite place to eat. We always order a meal for 2 deal they offer. Food isn't awesome but not terrible either. I've had way worse. Service was ok. Last 2 times we've been there, I have had to clean the table and chairs from debris and grease myself. I literally have grabbed their brown paper towels on the roll, went up to the soda machine and chose water to get the paper towels wet to get our table cleaned to sit down. I seen no disinfectant for any around and last time. They were too busy in the back by the food with 3 or 4 people in total employees. I have to remember to bring my own disinfecting wipes next time for a proper wipe down. If I didn't have a top tier picky eater due to being on the spectrum, I would order take out .
By far the worst experience thus far. I used to go in the morning time/early afternoon but after being disrespected time and time again by the same managers (Courtney and Stephanie) I had enough and moved to nighttime which was a LITTLE better but now I’m just giving up on wingstop in general. There was hair in my food and when I ordered all flats I personally heard Courtney say, b**** I’ll be the 1 to give you all drums in a minute. Very very unprofessional Purposely spoke louder over the music playing in the back and the lobby. Really needs new management starting with the General Manager. Shaped like the mucinex man with a chin big enough to fit the menu on. I had my child with me today and Courtney’s mouth was so foul and she was cussing so much my son and I got up and walked out without our food and had already paid. The sad thing is I don’t even want a refund! keep the money to pay for better daytime management!!!

Very unprofessional! Not friendly at all. Don't know how to run a business. They messed up on my $74.00 order then try to act like I'm lying about the 10 wings they forgot! And they didn't make my food the way I asked! Other than the guy at the front who was nice this was not a good experience!

It's usually a 4 star but they're too inconsistent with the quality. The night shift is typically on point but during the day is usually a miss. The wings are always soggy or chewy instead of crispy.
