Came in to grab an online order. Grabbed the order and drink. My brother came in after me to grab another order for his job. The lady at the register was talking how the last person who came in was an idiot and just going on about it. I will never ever come back. Not for orders not to get food nothing. You lost all my business completely!! And I will spread the word!! Disgusting behavior!!

I place a big order thur door dash and when the food arrived I got cookies instead of apple turnovers, didn't receive any of the sandwich items I ordered or my soda. Very disappointed

2 PM Sat afternoon. Tables were about 25% full. Someone was finishing a counter order when we walked in. The two of us had a simple order: French Dip & Swiss/drink. Beef & Cheddar/Drink. Another patron after us. Got our cups, drinks, sat down. 10+ minutes later we noticed they had not called our name, nor anyone after us. Yep. Food was just sitting in that silver thing while 5 people were yabbering. Offered to remake food. Which was just heavy microwave zapping.
