All I hear is how Skinny Vics has fried chicken. Chicken and waffles. I have never had chicken and waffles, ever! And, I've only had fried chicken once since 2011 and that was in Las Vegas. So, we drove the over 45 minutes, after double checking the menu. This was for my birthday in April. Arrived and excitedly ordered my chicken, but was told it was taken off the menu. 😱 What?!! Why!?! Been here 5-6 times already and have never had a bad experience. Best Eggs Benedict and fresh squeezed OJ around. Worth the wait when there is one.
Kari and I stopped after the West Bend Farmers Market Saturday and surprisingly order the same thing, Hash with chorizo. Large portions that make your tongue dance with joy. Not spicy but so darn delicious, we'll definitely order that again. We're always very happy with the quantity & quality of the food at Skinny Vic's. ;) Brian
