Nice location and well kept inside for dine-in. Arbys has great food with high-quality ingredients. Lika most places these days, the prices have inched up to where visits are more of an infrequent treat instead of a common occurrence. Basic meals for two people with medium drinks ws over $25. Cashier order taker was an older humorless lady who should smile more. I sometimes feel i am the only upbeat person in a world of grumpus's. When we left, one guy behind the counter that we didn't even deal with thanked us for our business and wished us a great day, which i appreciate enough to relay here.

Arby's of West Bend leaves a lot to be desired. My first experience with Arby's was in Woodruff Wisconsin. That was quality food. What I experienced yesterday at Arby's in West Bend was awful. Small portions limp tasteless and $20 for two sandwiches and curly fries! I Won't Go Back. If I get an Arby's craving it'll have to wait till I'm up in Woodruff Wisconsin.

Look, I get it. Probably nobody wants to work there, I get it. But if your paid to sell food, at least sell something edible. The curly fries were beyond stale/dry/hard whatever you'd like to call it. Let me put it this way if you wouldn't sell it to someone close & dear to you, then don't sell/recommend it to anyone, anyone. Let alone charge them for it

Dirty tables slow serviceWhen workers have downtime they just talk and eat. No cleaning. Bring sanitizer and table wipes if eating at this Arby’s.

There was a toenail in my order, I’m utterly disgusted. I ordered a gyro, and I noticed something inside that didn’t quite seem like lettuce. I pulled out of the gyro horrified to find a toe nail. Not only does that violate safety, but it also violates health standards. I sincerely hope this is resolved. I won’t order here again until something happens about it, but I understand that doesn’t mean a lot for the business. Just be aware of what you’re eating. I can’t believe I almost ate a toe nail!!!!!
They gave out the wrong drinks. Gave waters instead of lemonade. Fries were cold as well.

Drive thru can NEVER seem to give me the sauces I request. Even with inflation I find it quite expensive. Remember 5 for $5 Roast Beef ? Now 4 for $10 - More than 100% price increase in a few years ☹️

Long wait for food. Young man behind the counter moved like molasses. Carry out food bagged and sitting on counter getting cold while the rest of the meal was cooked - at LEAST 15 minutes. Out of many of the soft drink selections. Out of Arby's sauce. My fries were cold by the time I got my order.
