The guy working was so unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable the whole time I was ordering he was talking so quietly I couldn’t even understand him, he didn’t bother to ask what size I wanted or if he even took the order right just pointed at the machine for me to pay then gave me my drink that looked like this….. very disappointed in the service here

Girl behind counter is always great..the guy..not so much. He doesnt say a word, just stares at you. Very uncomfortable feeling. I usually wont order if hes there.

Employee didn't say a word. Ordered a drink and some mini pretzels. Gave me my pretzels and went and sat down. Had to ask for the drink. Pretzels were greasy drink was watered down.

I have an e-gift card printed on paper. I have carried it around, a long time, because it seems to be difficult to use. The bar code doesn't scan, it has to be entered manually. No one seems to know how to do that, whenever I try to use it. About two years ago, I finally was able to make a purchase with it because the gal that day, knew what to do. I had time to spare today, so I thought I would try again... No go. The man ended up just giving me a discount because he couldn't figure out how to enter the card manually. I ordered diet Coke. Then he had to go into Walmart and buy ice while I waited. When he went to finally pour the diet Coke, it was empty. So now I have a flat Coke, that I didn't want, and I still have $2 on the gift card that no one knows how to ring up.

Normally this place is pretty good, and I’m willing to change my review. However my last experience wasn’t so great. Cashier guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing and gave us undercooked mini dog bites and some were rock hard. Also got the order wrong and spent 5 min fixing it. I hate targeting workers however it’s almost made me not want to go back.
Side note: always count your hot dog bites because they say ten total, but I always get 6 ?

I recently did a purchase with Auntie Anne's in West Bend. For whatever reason, my transaction posted twice. I emailed them right away, and explained the issue. They responded within minutes! Great customer service! He told me to wait a few days. I did and only 1 of the transactions posted to my account! Thank you for your quick response!

The pretzel bites on top part of cup looked ok, but as you ate through the little bites, they became harder, soaking in a good amount of butter at bottom, and burnt severely, Atmosphere I gave 2 due location in a Wal*Mart, (makes sense) service was over top friendly but when you find out the product you just bought was burnt soaked in oil you understand.

Melissa behind the counter was absolutely amazing! She explained that she was called in last minute and was behind on making food, she was very pleasant and worked her butt off to get all orders done before and after me. Plus the pretzels were made perfectly! Thank you ?

Don’t order from them. It takes them forever to complete online and door dash orders. I had several dashers arrive and wait a long time and then decide to cancel the order because my order was not ready by the store! My order wasn’t even difficult. And this auntie Anne is never busy so I don’t know why they couldn’t get the order done. So disappointing. Never going here or ordering here again. Shut this down.

I was at the Wal-Mart in West Bend brought some cinn sugar nuggets reg. For $5.97 THEY WERE VERY, VERY HARD.
My favorite! The customer service is the all time best. Food is always fresh and delicious. 5 stars!!!
