If I could give negative stars I would the employees need to be seriously retrained We have had several instances both in store and when ordering online where we ordered ice cream what was safe for us to eat because of our food allergies and received ice cream that was not safe. Most recently they were out of a kind we usually get and when asked what other flavors they had that where sugar free they gave us dairy free. I get not being the perfect employee everyone make mistakes but when it comes to food allergies and your mixing up dairy free and sugar free or gluten vs not gluten or peanut free I worry what will happen.We don’t feel safe ordering ice cream here anymore.

An absolute joke. The blind leading the blind. No one knows anything. Putting on gloves is such a task. You pay people for this? Been an ice cream fan over 40 years. I won't be back.

Our 3 year old knocked over and broke a glitter cup, which they intentionally put at little people eye level. We were honest, brought the cup to the counter, and shared that she broke the cup. The manager told us we would have to pay for the cup, which was a little annoying, but I was fine with, since we believe in taking responsibility for our, or our kids, actions. However, what he did next is what ticked me off. He put the cup behind the counter, NOT in the trash. He took my money, and then is going to count that cup as damaged inventory and get paid for it again. In my eyes, they just stole my money.

Prices are ridiculous! Servings are beyond small, especially for the price. One star was cause it tasted ok. Never again. Would much rather support a local shop than a chain store next time. Never again
Food (ice cream) was good, yet service was lacking today. We walked in and were ignored by the many staff members. We were looking at ice cream for at least 10 minutes waiting for service and nothing not even a we will be with you shortly. I had to ask for assistance and was told we will be right there. Even tho no one else was in the place.A normal place with a drive thru tables were still dirty from the last visitor hours/minutes/moments prior.
