Billy Sims truly has some of the best bbq I have ever had! The ribs are incredible and you can truly taste the freshly smoked meat. I would recommend anybody looking for great catering to highly consider Billy Sims. Make sure and try the macaroni and cheese!
I had to give it a 5 star rating. It's that good. They catered at the gun show, and I had a briquette sandwich. Now I had to go to the restaurant and try their pulled pork. I BBQ, and I am picky. It's A+.
