Attended a Christmas Party here. Food was bland, cheese and sausage was warm, and servers rushed us out the room. If you pay for a room for certain time they should not be moving tables and mopping.
The group is definitely not returning as the management has done nothing to try and make anything right Or even seem to care.
We had a party of 6 people. Meal was good. I had the meatloaf dinner and my wife had steak pappardelle pasta. My meal was delicious. My wife’s tenderloin was dry and tough. Server never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. Never refilled our waters. And after an hour of dining the server asked us to leave because they had another party of 6 that needed the table. Bibinger's Bar & Restaurant is a nice looking place with plenty of seating, offering a large selection of craft cocktails at the bar. The bourbon old fashioned was a favorite, not too sweet and very bourbon forward. The dinner menu is casual with good sandwiches and wraps. The cheese curds are highly recommended, and the $5 old fashioneds are a hit. Reservations are a must between 4-8 p.m. The Tequila old fashioned and Pear Honey are delicious choices. The service is attentive, with quick drink delivery. Blue cheese and Buffalo wings are must-orders. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks are consistently excellent. The cream Vanina old fashioned has won awards, and the cheese curds are phenomenal. Customers have enjoyed the seasonal salad off the specials menu, and the burgers, wraps, and chipotle chicken sandwich keep bringing people back. The food is incredible, and the service, especially from staff like Cheryl, is top-notch.
